Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated 1100 volts grade, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cables (FRLSH quality) unsheathed cable drawn through and including PVC casing capping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width, 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories and including sunk type modular metal flush box for housing and suitable cover plates for modular switches , socket fan regulator etc. including PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded single core FRLSH copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for one light point/fan point/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one 3/5 pin 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but one 5/6 Amps 3/5 pin socket on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 here in before but 2.5 Sqmm P.V.C insulated un sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor for 6 pin 6/16 Amp switch socket combination on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC Concealed conduit, medium grade minimum 20 mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed on recesses of wall/ceiling/roof and cutting chases on wall complete and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling by cement mortar 1:4 including painting to match the existing surfaces etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.2 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick Modular top cover for mounting of modular fittings,switches,sockets outlets,regulators etc and provisining of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for one light/Ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, 1 way switch complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting chases and making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) including painting to match the existing surfaces.

Supply and fixing LED Tubelight, light fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with CRCA body precotaed white & pre wired for driver, holder connecting up with LED down rod three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including 1 X 20W LED tube Rod complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC casing-caping complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) 2 run of 4 Sqmm cable + 1 run of 4 Sqmm earthed cable + 1 run of PVC casing-capping shall be measured as one unit.
