SPL REPAIR TO INTERLOCKING TILES AND PAVER BLOCKS IN HKC COMPLEX AWC AND PROVN OF GALVALUME SHEET IN LIEU OF POLYCARBONATE SHEET AT C AND E DIV OF CC-149 (JC WG) UNDER GE (AWC) MHOW

M&L for Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand incl dismantling of old paver block and rubbish off the premises or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Refixing of old Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver 80 mm thick block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 (Old Paver blocks need to be carefully removed, cleaned properly and then reinstalled in proper line and level) including providing and laying 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Old Sand Cushioning needs to be completely washed away and removed and the site should be cleaned properly)

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and well finish the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as sub base of floor incl demolition of old unreinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar and including removal from the site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6., etc complete all as specified and directed.
