Providing post construction anti-termite treatment to existing buildings along the internal walls of the building at the junction of the walls and floor, along the external perimeter, treatment at point of contact of wood, soil under existing floor, etc., by making holes and injecting the termite emulsion by using hand operated pressure pump untill refusal of chemical to form complete chemical barrier and the holes shall be sealed with cement mortar slurry and white cement after the treatment including cost of chemical labour and all other incidental charges etc., all complete as per specification and as per IS-6313 (Part-3).

Along the external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres/Sq.m of vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall and rodding etc., using Chloropyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration all complete as per specifications.

Along the internal wall and external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres/linear metre including drilling 12mm dia. holes at 300 mm interval and plugging holes etc., using Chloropyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration all complete as per specifications.

Treatment of existing masonry in Upper floors using chemical emulsion @ 1 litre per hole, at 300mm interval including drilling holes at skirting level at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) upto floor slab using Chloropyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration all complete as per specifications.

Treatment at points of contact of wood work by using chemical emulsion of Chloropyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.10 ltr per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same including treating the electrical fixtures with 5% malathion dusting powder, etc., all complete as per specifications.

Clearing and removal of ant-hill mounts of following sizes including earth work excavation, injecting termite emulsion using chloropyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration chemical emulsion at various layers with minimum quantity of 2 litres, refilling the pit with new earth available at site, disposing the excavated earth to a lead of 2 kms, levelling the area, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer.
