Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, removal of rubbish and debris all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors etc complete all as directed.

M&L for providing PU coated machine pressed cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 20mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, including dismantling existing concrete tiles along with screed of any descrption complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for PU coated machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment (approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade including laid over 50mm thick sand cushion bed and preparing the surface to uniform level to recieve tiles including taking down existing concrete paving tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4,(using 20mm grade stone aggregate) in kerb stones with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing cement concrete kerb stones of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of exterior wall and applying two coats of exterior antifungal acrylic emulsion paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Eng-in-charge.
