Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work kankar,moorum singles including decomposed soft and hard rock etc. upto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths and sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. in all leads and lifts and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work as per directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge at site of work. in:-

Foundation,ffotings basis of columns etc and mass concrete in all respects.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness )partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and like including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness including all leads and lifts etc.complete in all respects.

Edge of slab including carriage of materials upyo all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

In foundations ,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete work complete in all respects

Suspended floors, roofs,landings,shelves and their supports,balconies,beams, and girders,bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level including all leads and lifts etc.complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects..

Providing and laying No fine concrete wall in C.M. 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Sand graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work i/c carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in:Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in aall respects.

Construction of dry rubble masonry in breast wall and retaining walls revetment and parapets i/c carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Laying and Jointing 32 to 40 mm dia GMS tube (Light class) for scour , over flow, outlet , inlet , ventilating pipe including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing SFRC man hole cover and frame (Medium duty) circular type with cleare opening 560mm dia confirming to IS: 12592 part I & II on the topping beam of man hole chambar during conecting of chamber including all leads and fifts complete in all respects.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete walls for internal plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing M.S holding down or anchor bolts with nuts & washers including all carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.
