Design ,Fabrication of 25Ton cap. 2 Nos Hopper barge with MMD/ IRS approved drawings, including cutting and welding of steel structures for fabrications work by using various sizes of MS Plate, MS Angle, Flats and other members as per the drawings and as per the instruction of EIC, including the cost of steel, cost of gas, carbide, Electrodes E 6013, all tools and plant, all labour charges, cost of all materials painting with one coat anticorrosive primer during the fabrication on removal of the scales, including hire charges of welding set, gas plant, surface grinder, buffing tools, cost of paint brushes etc complete the welding should be carried as per the specification by engaging certified welder under the supervision of EIC and M/s. IRS.

Removing all mill scales and dust, de-greasing the surface by painting in dilute hydrochioric acid and there after attending painting to the barge by applying one coat Zinc Phosphate primer and thereafter applying two coat High Build Black paint over the internal and bottom water level area and finish black and deck green paint (Marine quality) over the outer shells and deck plate, Towing Post , bollards etc. The rate is inclusive of all labour charges, paints, painting materials, scaffolding materials, chipping hammer, wire brush and other minor T&P etc complete.

Supply and fixing of anodes of Zinc alloy ( IS code 8062 (Part IV) -1979 of size 3.5" x 1.5''x 12'' with four legs in a zigzag manner over the outer submerged surface of pontoon to have cathodic protection to the Pontoon against the corrosion . The rate is inclusive the cost of anodes, labour charges and consumable items required for its fitment etc complete

Providing and fitting up of all required fittings and accessories as per IRS approved Drg. Fabricated bollards- 4 nos/towing post - 2 nos/ flush type man holes 8 nos,Air vent pipes - 8 Nos, sounding pipes - 8 Nos, Hand pump 50 NB (Portable) - 2 Nos, ladder -8Nos, Hand winch-1No, Heavy duty pulley blocks with foundation - 9set /20mm wire rope 50 Mtr, mooring rope - 24mm -50m/Tyre fender - 6 Nos /Tyre fender hook - 12 Nos / Tyre fender chain -15m /Hopper door hingers - 6 Nos / D - Shackle - 13 Nos / Interlink plate -3 Nos / Hopper locking machnism - 1 No. / Name plate of split tank hopper barge - 2 set, making the load level marking, draft marking from steel including of cost of all labour charges cost of materials fittings and fixture etc complete.

Lowering the Hopper Barges from the wooden packing, seating the barges over the wooden packing, launching the barge, checking the leakage if any etc towing the barge & berthing barge at safer place at jetty. The rate is inclusive of all labour charges cost of the hire charges of Jacks, pullys, wire rope and other T & P, to & fro transportation of all materials to work site.
