Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, stone and boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing new ACSR conductor all as specified and directed incl stringing through existing RCC/steel poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipe, aluminium binding wire etc complete of different sizes including dismantling of existing old unserviceable ACSR of any size from any descritpion, all as specified and directed. Note : Rates for new Aluminium cable terminal lugs are included in this rate.

S & F in repairs Galvanaised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete incl painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces incl taking down / dismantling the old items all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing new GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) on poles to continuous earth wire and cradle guard etc, including disnmantling of existing old unserviceable earth wire and gradle guard of any size form the position all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for new stay assembly complete with 20 mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No 01 incl stay clamp, loop insulator excavation and concrete measured in this quited Rate, including dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for Galvanised Stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl dismantling old wire all as specified and directed.

Repairing/ Servicing the Air break isolating switch HT 33 KV 200/400 Amps by replacing the defective major Spares including provn of minor bolts nuts etc all as specified and directed. (Note :- Major spare will be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of Sch'A )

Taking down old unsv and Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 33000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 185 sqmm laid in trenches/floor/duct complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv and Supply & Lay , testing and commissioning XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm laid in trenches/floor/duct complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. (punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid) all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class EHV , type- I with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, all as specified and directed.

Taking down Triple pole mechanism complete with DO Fuse unit from the site, supply and install DO fuse unit triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame,with opertaing mechanism worked from ground level with GI pipe medium grade, for current rating upto 200 Amps and Air break (switch) insulator suitable for HT 11 KV out door type 50 Amp ( DO Fuse ) all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs drop out (DO) fuse unit expulsion type outdoor three pole 200 Amp suitable for HT 33 KV, comprising of insulators, steel base mounting frame , GI nut bolts etc with 30A , HT barrel type fuse complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs incl testing, and commissioning of gang operated type air break switch horizontal/vertical type type mounting complete, double break and operation rod of suitable length 400 A capacity and suitable for 33 KV HT supply, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of 11 KV VCB at Dinjana MRS, dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairsing the current circuit panel wiring , relay testing and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissoning all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs for Breather unit with superior quality blue colour silica jel, to maintain the exact value of grade for transformer of capacity 33/11 KV type 1MVA Transformer, including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs HV insulator with studs nut & washers suitable for 33 / 11 KV, HV side of transformer 1 MVA all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs LV insulator with studs nut & washers suitable for 33/11 KV LV side of transformer of Capacity 1 MVA all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing serviceable Post/disc/pin insulator of 33 KV capacity carefully and re-fixing the same in the new cross arms/structure incl replacement of new hardware such as GI spindle, nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately. cutting of grass is month wise measured and paid separeatly.

M & L for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size which is obstructing illumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line by using required tools and plants incl removing trimmed tree branches all as specified and directed. (Note : Each cleaning will be measured and paid separetely)

S & F in repairs including testing, and commissioning lightning arrester (LA) for 33KV HT grade with nuts,bolts, washers clams and all accessories as per sample including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any item not included in CA |and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity 1000 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at MRS under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply only breather including silica gel, indicating type, 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of capacity from 1000 kVA all as specified and directed.
