Security Supervisor

Cleaning & Sweeping A. Cleaning & Sweeping the total compound with Road complete round the clock. Area :600 sq. m (Approx) [(The cleaning materials and necessary things to be supplied by the agency) (The premises must be kept in neat and clean condition)]

B. Cleaning and Sweeping the Building all floors, corridoor, stair, Basement, washing mirrors and window etc. complete round the clock. Basement; Gr. Floor: 1st Floor: 2nd Floor: 3rd Floor: 4th Floor: 5th Floor: 6th Floor: 7th Floor: 8th Floor: 9th, 10th and top roof and mumpty room Total area 2400 sqm (Approx) [(The cleaning materials and necessary things to be supplied by the agency) (The premises must be kept in neat and clean condition)]

C. Cleaning and Sweeping all the Toilets block including mopping floors within the whole premises (The cleaning materials and necessary things to be supplied by the agency)

Cleaning Supervisor

Supervisor for Reception Management consist of the following process / Procedure A. Deal with queries of the visitors B. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness C. Co-ordinate with security team D. Direct maintenance call to PWD E. Take and relay messages F. Maintain diary/ register book for visitor G. To monitor Lift attendant duty

Round the clock manning for total installation i.e. sub-station & D.G. consist of engagement of the following personnel together 1 no highly skilled = 1 no per day = 1x1 =1 no 1 no semi skilled per shift - for 3 shift = 1x3 =3 nos 2 no unskilled per shift – for 3 shift = 2x3 =6 nos Total = 10 heads per day

Round the clock pump operator One person per shift (3 shift)

Lift attendant For 2 nos. lift 1 Persons in each lift (for 3 shift)
