TENDERS FOR SUPLYING AND INSTALLING EQUIPMENTS FOR MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY MRF UNIT IN UJJINI VILLAGE KOTTURU TALUKA VIJAYANAGARA DISTRCT

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment s similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 07 quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2026 and be in satisfactory operation for 12.months as on date of instrument installation as completed.

Only the Original Equipment Manufacturers OEMs OR Authorised Dealer or Distributor with minimum 3 Three years experience in supply of SWM plant and machineries are eligible to participate a. Company Registration certificate b. Sales Tax registration Certificate with clear indication of nature of business or Copy of Work orders along with satisfactory completion certificate to establish years of experience in supply of SWM Compost plant and machineries for 3years and also Satisfactory report for 01year O&M.

The bidder in case of Original Equipment Manufacturers should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 60.00 Lakhs during any two years out of preceding 3 years i.e 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26. OR The bidder in case of AuthorizedDealer or Distributorshould have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 60.00 Lakhs, during any two years out of preceding 3 years i.e 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26. All the documents below for 3 years: a.Audited Statement of Accounts viz.. Balance Sheet, Trading/Profit and Loss Account b.IT Returns c.Certificate issued by the CA along with UDIN

Should have executed supply of SWM machinery type to any of the State or Central Government Departments or organisation in India, during of 2022 23, 2023 24, 2024 25. as on the date of tender submission All the documents below. a.Copies of the Purchase or work orders b.Satisfactory completion certificate issued by the Client Must tally with the work orders furnished and also Satisfactory report for 01 year O and M. of amount not less than 50 per of the amount put to tender issued by the officer not below the rank EE

PAN Card of the Firm a copy duly signed

Local Presence As on the last day of bid submission a.The OEM should have presence in India with their registered office and experience in supply of MSW Compost plant and machiners since last 3 years. B.The Bidder in case of Dealers or Distributors should have an office in India for at least 5 years and should be the dealer of OEM products, which are being offered in the present tender, since last 3 years. Supporting document should be furnished. C.The Bidder or OEM should have had a fully functional Service or Support centrewith GST or VAT or Service Tax or Sales Tax Registration. a.Copy of the GST or VAT or Service Tax or Sales Tax registration Certificate, or any other valid document or registration certificate issued by the Central or State Govt. department or organisation as proof of having the office with address of OEM for the last 3 years in India.

The bidder should furnish copy of latest ISO certificates of both the bidding organization In case of Authorized Dealer or Distributor and also of the OEM Manufacturer Copy of the Certificates issued in the name of OEM Copy of the Certificates issued in the name of Bidder

The bidder should possess the Dealer or Manufacturer License for the SWM Compost plant and machinery Copy of the valid Licence Copy

The bidder or OEM should not have been debarred or blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central and State Govt. Undertakings or enterprises or Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies or Organizations, World Bank or Govt E marketing portal or any major Enterprise or Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt and Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions or security clearance etc during the past. OR Delisted or barred or penalized by the Government e-Marketing Portal GeM for the reasons of not fulfilling or breach of terms of the Portal as on the date of Tender submission. Should provide an undertaking in the form of an Affidavit of Rs 500 duly signed. And Permanent Address Affidavit of Rs 100 duly signed

The bidder should agree for minimum Guarantee period of 1 years for all the equipment and accessories and additional 2 years warranty with paid service for the machineries and the Warranty should carry replacement or service or maintenance of equipment or accessories or provide adequate spares and service support during the period of Warranty-Should provide an undertaking in the form of an Affidavit of Rs.100 duly Signed

Bidder or supplier or manufacturer or Dealer should duly Sign and Seal and Scanned a.All Tendered documents. Certificates, Affidavits Etc. b.Equipment Specifications of the tendered

The bidder should be the manufacturer or OR should be an authorized dealer or distributor of OEM or Original Equipment Manufacturer or in legal agreement with the said OEM The bidder in case of OEMs shall submit an undertaking in their letter head that they are OEM of the product offered in the Tender. OR The bidder in case of Authorized Distributor or Dealer. A.The bidder should furnish valid authorization letter or dealership certificates from the OEM

Earnest Money Deposit EMD as indicated in the e-procurement portal shall be paid online through any of the payment modes provided in the e procurement-portal. Online payment through e portal

If in Case of repair during Maintenance period, The Repair has to be rectified with in 10 days from the day of complaint registerd.

During the agreement 10% of agreed amount will be Reserved for 1st year O&M.

In Case of not attending the repairs within 10 days,During maintenance period10 per amount will be holding. After satisfactory completion of 1st year O and M, Satisfactory report should be submitte from the Concern Officer
