Supply,Installation,testing & commissioning of LED Flood Light 100Watt made up of pressure die cast alumimium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses having Luminous minimum 110 Lm/watt or Luminous should not be less than 11000 and having SPD with internal surge protection upto 4KV and External surge protection upto 10KV,Line voltage protection upto 8Hrs ,autorestart having minimum 2 years warranty and Confoming to IP 65/IP66 protection and IS -16103-2012 as per direction of engineer-in- charge.

S/I/T/C of loop in loop out box made of PVC sheet 200 X 150 X 100 mm/suitable size having suitable size 2 nos. terminals and 01 no. SP MCB 5/6A detachable gland plate, interconnection etc. as required conforming to relevant BIS/IS codes.

Supply , Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Street Light fitting with mandatory driver set having die cast aluminium body and lenses suitable for 45 watt with IP66 protection having Luminous 110 Lm/watt to 125Lm/Watt or Luminous should not be less than 4800 and having SPD with internal surge protection upto 4KV and External surge protection upto 10KV,Line voltage protection upto 8Hrs ,autorestart having minimum 2 years warranty (Conforming to IP 65/IP66 protection and IS-16103-2012) as per direction of engineer in charge .

Supplying of 18 to 22 watt LED polycarbonate batten fixture with minimum 100 lumens/watt or Luminous should not be less than 2000 having minimum 2 years warranty (conforming to IS-16103 part 2 (2012)) as per direction of enginner in charge

Dismantling and refixing of following size of steel conduit along with all accessories in surface/recess incuding painting etc. in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (20 mm/25 mm)

Supplying and fixing metal box of sizes 200 mm X 150 mm X 75 mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required conforming to IS 14772(2000) .

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections , painting etc. as required conforming to IS 3854(1997) 5/6 amps switch

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V C curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required conforming to IS 13032/8623.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X .3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required conforming to IS-1239 Part-1(2004) with upto date amendments.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required conforming to IS12943(1990) .
