Taking down old ceiling fan/exhaust fans/wall mounting fan of any capacity/ sweep after disconnecting the electric supplyfrom any site, checking its electrical defect and opening fans for checking of mechanical defect after dismantlling of fan, carrying out repair/ over hauling including removing dust, grease and cleaning of internal mechanical parts of fan with kerosene oil, checking of alignment of shaft, oiling, greasing, checking of worn out bearing and other defective parts, winding, condenser etc; and re-assembling and connecting/ refixing of fans in its original position by providing new nuts, bolts, lock washer and lock/ split pin complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Rewinding and replacement of defective parts, painting etc. shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Burnt out fan shall be kept separately and shall be rewinded at AGE E/M yard and to be hanged in existing position after rewinding.

Supply only the following items to be fixed/ replaced against defective parts of fans taking down under item No 1.00 here-in-before:-

(b) Bearing No 6202 of Make: NBC/ SKF/ FAG

(c) Bearing No 6203 of Make: NBC/ SKF/ FAG

M&L for painting to exhaust fan of 300/ 380/ 450 mm sweep with two coats of DUCO paint, smoke grey using spray machine for painting including cleaning, washing and preparation of old painted surfaces and writing MES Nos in all ceiling and exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending the complaint for not working/ slow speed of fans at site by deploying electrician and checking all electrical connection, tightening/ refixing of any loose electrical connections/ wires, cleaning and oiling of fan, replacement of weak/ unserviceable condensor and making the fan functional without taking down from ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Condensor will be measured and paid under relevant item separately.

S&F of new hermitically sealed unit compressor for 40/ 80 Ltr capcity water coolers including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe with and including supply and charging refrigerant gas and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Whirl pool/ Kelvinator/ Hitachi/ Electrolux as approved by GE.

S&F of new hermitically sealed unit compressor for 60/ 120 Ltr capcity water coolers including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe with and including supply and charging refrigerant gas and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Whirl pool/ Kelvinator/ Hitachi/ Electrolux as approved by GE.

Taking out water cooler of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete condenser coil & storage tank with chemical base solution and soda water including servicing, oiling of FHP motor checking of electrical & water supply connection and re-fixing the same on its original position after testing complete all as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable fan motor of capacity 1/8 HP from water cooler, dismantling the motor and taking out old burnt copper winding wire, rewinding of fan motor with similar size super enamelled copper winding wire of Make of HTP/ Devidayal after providing 'E' class insulation material including replacement of unserviceable pads, MS clamps, nut and bolt, varnishing & refixing the motor in the water cooler after testing complete all as specified and directed.
