Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level in M-7.5(1:4:8) grade, with 40mm nominal size of aggregates).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in M-15(1:2:4) grade, with 20mm nominal size of aggregates.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement of R.C.C work in plinth band incl. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in 1:6 (cement: sand) mortar.including extra over brick work and including all carriage of materials involved. Deduction of doors and windows

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.
