Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm x 80 mm pin insulator complete with G.I. spindle and nuts etc. as required

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14kg per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping of the poles, 50mm x 6mm N.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14kg per meter) cross arm for two 11KV overhead line conductors complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and re-filling the trench etc. as required. Upto 120 sq. mm

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required : 100mm dia.

Supply & fixing of 11KV post insulator for Horngap switch.

Supply & providing of copper flat (50mm x 6mm) of length 1.5 feet.

Supply & fixing of brass bolt for tightening the horn gap..

Supply & fixing of the cable clamp of suitable size.

Supply of earthing electrode system 78mm x3M with for chemical earth pit making ( The merger value of earth pit should not be greater than 01 at the time of installation) including excavation and re-filling

Supply of high grade Ground Black Fill Compound (GBFC) Bag (approx. 25 kg each)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and erection of three piece non linear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Rehandling of PVC armored cable upto 120 sqmm

Dismantling of structures and its installation at new location

dismantling of GOAB and its installation .
