Earthwork excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting Edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Half brick masonary with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area beyond 3 sq. metres.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meteres lead. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Painting top roof with bitumen of approved quality at 17 kg per 10 sqm impregnated with a cost of coarse sand at 60 codm per 10 sqm including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete. with residual type petrolum of penetration 80/100.

10mm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per Cum of earth and gobri leaping with busa at 35 kg per Cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 ( 1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat with hand moulded F.P.S bricks tiles.

Providing and Laying vitrified floor tiles in diffrent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorbtion less then 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (size of tile 60 x 60 cm)

Providing and laying of in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level 1:4:8, (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggreagate 40mm nominal size) (Crushed)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved ake like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
