Supply of 2 Seater FRP Paddle Boats having all fitting,fixing etc complete,including transportation,all cost etc all complete (excluding GST,GST will be as per gov norm at the time of supply) Details,Specification given below SPECIFICATION FOR 2 SEATER FRP PEDAL BOAT The 2- Seater FRP Pedal Boat will be suitably designed and built with FRP composite materials. It will be safe & effective for inland water operation. DIMENSIONS (APPROX.) : Length : 3.00 to 3.5 Mtrs. (Range) Breadth : 1.50 to 2.0 Mtrs. (Range) CONSTRUCTION : The hull & deck structure will be made of FRP materials with proper supports, stiffeners, etc. The metal fittings including fasteners wherever required will be stainless steel with good smooth surface finish. The bearing housings should be cast iron. Proper gland packing should be provided. The rudder will be of stainless steel. The pedal boat should be fitted with proper rubber fenders with aluminum or SS Rivets or bolts. Buoyancy as required will also be provided . All the materials such as glass fiber, polyester resin, wood, steel, etc., will be of best quality. The workmanship and finish will also be of good standard and to the satisfaction of the customer. LIFE SAVING APPLIANCES: Life Jackets(2 nos.) and Life Buoys (1no.) to be provided.

Supply of FRP Floating Jetty having all fitting,fixing etc complete,including transportation,all cost etc all complete (excluding GST,GST will be as per gov norm at the time of supply) Details,Specification given below SPECIFICATION FOR FRP FLOATING JETTY Platform : The jetty will be made using six numbers of FRP floats joined together to give a final dimension of 3 to 3.5 mtrs x 4 to 4.5 mtrs approx. with a minimum depth of 600mm. The jetty will have tyre fenders all around it to avoid damages. The deck will be of non-skid type. The floats & deck are properly reinforced with stringers for providing adequate strength. The floats will be filled with buoyancy material to make them unsinkable. The railings around the float are to be of 0.9 mtr high made of G.I. tubes of 32mm NB, leaving apart 1000 mm gap with stanchions for entry of boats on three sides. Tyre fenders are to be provided on all three sides. Walkway: The approach walkway to the floating jetty will be of 1.2 to 1.5 mtr. width and 5 to 5.5 mtrs length, having a tough non-skid surface of PVC foam sandwiched FRP. Provision of railings on both sides for safety will be provided having 0.9 mtr. height made of G.I. tubes of 32 mm NB. One end of the walkway will be connected firmly with the jetty with hinges having pin diameter of 40 mm fitted firmly at a suitable position on the deck of the float to have an average free board balance and to accommodate to different levels of water. The other end of the walkway will be fixed with pin arrangement on the ground. All steel components to be painted with epoxy primer and enamel paint.
