Dismantling roof tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as speified & directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thicknes, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only or part thereof) complete all as speified & directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surfaces (old or new) with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles with and including providing 50 mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with maintain the proper roof slope as in bedding, coping and kerb complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 10mm thick polymer modified plaster in ratio 1:10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement with solid contents not less than 30%) over slab and applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardner with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying 1st coat of solvent based polyurathene liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm and applying 2nd coat solvent based polyurathene liquid mambrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm over dried 1st coat complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete and all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description upto three storeys including necessary scaffoldings including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. from wall & ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with and including mixing of liquid WPC of approved make @ 200ml per bag of cement / manufacturer's instructions on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L preparing new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The work is required to be carried out G+2 storey HT Bldg. The rate quoted by the bidder are deemed to be included upto the entire Ht and nothing extra is admissible in this account.

Re-fixing old serviceable 15mm bore CP bib tap/ angle cock/ pillar tap, concealed stop cock with all fittings after repair by suitable size of brass head and other materials as required in new or old position and fixed with or without concealed to walls with and including making good disturbed surfaces by using white cement and cement mortar (1:4) mixed with pigment to match the existing surface complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls & floors with necessary MS clamps retrieved from Item No.16 above complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (colour other than black as approved by Engineer-in-charge) triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

S&F 20mm bore dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod length 30cm & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Liters but not excedding 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Lekage of PVC water tanks shall be reapired with silicon gel, M -seal, Sika Multiseal Tape and other suitable method as directed by Engr-in-charge and cost thereof shall deemed included in quoted rates.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks by mechanical means from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. of tanks exc 250 and n. exc 500 Ltr incl disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing if necessary and treating tanks with UV radiations complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Following itmes may be requried for replacement of joints namely Tank nipples, reducers, tees, elbows, nipples, unions, sockets, CP brass nozzle male/female etc. Provision of new water tubing required at any place during re-positioning the water tubing / carry out repair works will be measured in respective itmes and paid seprately in relevent plumbing items.
