Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor indifferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to 15:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the jointswith white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Providing and fixing sunshade including sides consisting made out the frame M.S. Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12mm gauge fixed with 1/2" x 3/4" teak wood beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges stainless steel tower bolts 4", 4" stainless steel handle 2nos, stay 1no, screws, nails etc. I-hook, french spirit polishing two or more coats complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges, S.S. Tower bolts 4", S.S. handles 2 nos. I-hook and two coats of Spirit Polish after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) panel door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail, teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with necessary 3 Nos. of hinges, S.S. Tower bolts, S.S. Handles 5”, sliding bolt and complete fixed in position including melamine polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing main entry gate 5'-11" high (paint finish) consisting of shesham wood battens of size 5'-11" x 6" x 3/4" vertically, including making grooves for interlocking, with the help of M.S. nuts and bolts including paintng two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wooden primer, on the existing M.S. frame completely fixed in position in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing heavy duty telescopic channel for drawers 18" to be fixed with necessary screws complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ jaffery on compound wall with frame of golden champ section 2” x 1.3/8” as horizontal member and vertical members fixed with golden champ and strips 4”x 3/8” @ 6” c/c on both faces sides faces of jaffery. The top of jaffery is to be covered with another strip of 2 x 1.3/8”. The complete panel is to fixed over existing wall and M.S. angle with iron nuts and bolts etc. The complete jaffery is to be painted with special quality over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick polycarbonate multi wall sheet to be fixed on existing M.S. frame with Aluminum rivets complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
