M&L for surface Preparation: The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth leveled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkage compensated Repair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the liquid applied membrane. Grout: Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the construction joint and cracked portion at 1m c/c by injecting cement slurry mixed with dual shrinkage compensated cementations grout Injection grout additive, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with instant setting cement. Angle fillets/Coving: Providing and making of fillet, 50mm x 50mm on sharp corner of terrace with cement sand polymer mortar (add “multipurpose mortar”, 10% by weightofcement). First apply the bonding coat of Multi-Purpose Polymer 5-10% diluted in water and add to cement slurry. Apply the bonding slurry and apply the polymer mortar over the sharp edges.

Note: Grouting will be done when and where ever required. Treatment of pipe entry points: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flow able non shrink cement polymer based grout up to the surface of the bore while the bonding agent is in tacky state. the periphery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU Sealant or dual shrinkage compensated Micro concrete Note: Will be done when and where ever required Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3(Resin:Hardner)

Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Podium area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg /sq.mt complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Contractor is required to deposit 100% CA quantity to the Engr-in-Charge, within 15 days of acceptance of contract complete all as specified and directed

M&L including necessary transportation for Attending complaints related to plumbing/water supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair such as replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts/unions/sockets/PVC connection etc and making water supply functional in case of blockage, refixing of GI pipe joints, application of white cement where required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L including necessary transportation for attending complaints related to carpenter work and obtaining completion from user including repair/easing of doors re-fixing or tightening of doors, windows, rescoring of door/window wire gauge, (fixing only) builders hardware, helical door spring including use of all types of nails, screws etc which are required to make good the work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L including necessary transportation attending complaints related to black smith work and obtaining completion from user for rescoring/easing/minor repair to make functional of steel doors, steel windows, steel rolling shutter and gates etc by greasing, oiling & cleaning and changing of required fittings, fixtures & components etc including necessary welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of leakage/seepage from the WC of the upper Qtr,including change of WC with trap ('P'/'S' trap) & connector, Seal all joints of u/g pipes, rescoring cistern and connected fittings, sewage down pipe, making good the floor/walls matching with existing floor/walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap / floor trap of kitchen / bathroom / washbasin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height, complete including change of floor trap, pipes embedded in floor, Seal all joints of u/g pipes, making good the floor / walls matching with existing floor/walls Complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of Septic tank soakage well and manhole of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Military / Defense land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after absorption of water and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol and washing the top of septic tank & soakage wells and surrounds with fresh water and sprinkling lime to make hygienic complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 4000 ltr capacity full tank shall be taken for each trip.

De-sludging of septic tank of any capacity including connected intercepting chamber, manhole shaft, sludge chamber & filter beds of any description and in anmy position by pumping out and removing of sludge outside Military/ Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spreading required qty of bleaching powder or dispose of waste material complete as per state protocol, including taking down of slab cover and placing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of underground Horizontal sewage pipe of any dia upto 200mm (Cleaning length not exceeding 30m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material/sludge to a distance of not exceeding 300m and burying in a pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair CP Jet Spray of Standard size for EWC along with CP connection and all fittings as fixed Complete all as specified and direted.

S&F in repairs 15mm brass chromium plated bib cock with wall flange complete all as specified and directed. Make - Jaquar (Cat No- 5041) or equivalent
