REPAIR TO CHAIN LINK FENCING CONCERTINA COIL PERIMETER WALL AND PAINTING OF FENCING POST ETC AT MD ACCN AREA UNDER AGE B R II

Dismantling of fencing post or strut (wood, steel or RCC) any section, posts embeded in concrete, brick work, masonery etc, including taking out embeded portion in concrete, removal of dabbries from defence land and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh (Barbed wire) any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position including removal of dabbries from Defence land, and making good distrubed area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc, complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in Post holes (or similar holes) each n exc. 0.5 cum,getting out,returing,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25cm,watering,and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 C1 (20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC as per user manual complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistnce, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new/old surface incl preparation of new/old plastered surfaces of wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks/coping incl. weathering rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl. necessary form work req. as in specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Angle Iron and FI,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc.securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops tob shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire,etc.;flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of New painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply Two coat of anti corossive epoxy paint over one coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply Two coat of anti corossive epoxy paint over one coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire, complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild Steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck in 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or sqaure heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 5 cm but n.exc 10cm long, complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
