Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts in all kind of soils.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 1st class bricks .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-(a) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth in all heights from floors.

(b) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

Finishing wall with exterior grade emulsion equivalent to Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and dust and other foreign matter etc. i/c sand paper smooth complete.

Providing ridges or hips 60mm overall in plain G.I. sheets with galvanished iron J or L hooks. Bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface either enamel pait brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white.

First class brick flooring laid dry and grouted with cement morter 1: 4 (1cement : 4 sand) over a 12mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 sand)including. finishing the joints flush. 7.00 cm thick (using conventional bricks).

20 mm cement concrete topping 1 : 2 to 3 ( 1 cement : 2 to 3 stone aggregate of size 4.75mm & below, by volume) laid over & finishing momolithuic with base cocrete.
