Renovation of the office building of E.E. of Sukla Division Demolishing C.C. floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels.(i) Area of door/window up to 3.00 m2

Demolishing RCC work including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material as directed for all levels

Demolishing brickwork including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all leads and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soil i.e. bailing out water where necy. as directed and specified.A) Up to a depth of 2.00 m below the existing G.L.

Providing brick soling in foundation and underfloor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and necessary dewatring, complete.(a) Brick on flat soling :

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregates of size 13 mm to 38 mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, brick works, etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary and curing complete ( Shuttering where necessary shall be measuredand paid separately).a) In prop. 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 coarse aggregates by volume.

112 mm thick 1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar i/c racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S. rod/ Tor steel of column to be embedded in cement mortar and wil be measured and paid separately). Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with alkali resistant primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Supply and laying of following size solid aluminium conductor up to 10sq mm balance stranded conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laid up to PVC tape inner shealthed, armour ( aluminium for single core up to 70 sq mm balance aluminium strip, galvanised for cables upto 2x10sq mm. 3x10 sq mm, 4x6sq mm balance all gavanised steel strip), extruded PVC type ST2 sheathed, 650/1100V grade as per IS 7908 (part1) 1988, LT armoured U.G cable laid in pucca flooring , road crossing, drain crossing as per site requirement and partially in air to connection as approved by the depts. the control switch, through medium duty G.I pipe ( Tata/nezone make or equivalent as approved by the deptt) bend and socket including excavation and refilling the trench and making good damage done as specified and directed by the deptt. ( Nicco/havels/RPG/CGI/Polycab/ gloster/Finolex make or equivalent.)
