SR to Restoration of Fort wall at PH Nagar (Bastion No. 06 and 07), Dist. Chandrapur.

Removal of fallen debris of fort wall consisting of earth, stones, boulders & other materials including sorting out serviceable materials at suitable place at site & disposal of unserviceable materials at distance of 1km away from by mechanical transport etc.

Provision of the surface levelling at protected area of the fort wall with removal of the deeply penetrated roots near by the inner and outer side of the bastion where the work to be executed for better appearance etc.

Taking out the damaged, old worn out, buldged, out of plumb, displaced portion of fort wall including stacking serviceable materials for its reuse including cost of scaffolding & disposal of unserviceable materials including labour charges etc.

Providing and laying lime concrete in floor 20 to 25 mm brick blast of well burnt mixed with 50 % lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1-lime, 1 Surkhi, 1.Sand, 4 brick aggregate) after removing of accumulated rubbish, including beating and treating with split bamboo and thappies till surface hardened for water tightening, including adding 2% solution of boiled water of Gum, Gur and belgiri fruit complete.

Core filling of fort wall as per original in Random Rubble sand stone in lime mortar 1:1:1(1 Unslaked lime:1Surkhi: 1Sand) including filling, curing, cost of scaffolding with lead of complete with lead of 50m and lift of 6m etc. (Salvage 10%).

Reconstruction of fallen portion of fort wall in Coursed Rubble stone masonry of 90% new stone of size 0.45x0.30x0.23 (Avg) in lime mortar 1:1:1 i.e (1 Unslaked Lime : 1Surkhi: 1 Sand) as per original in two line dressing of five side except rear side of stone with core filling in boulders in lime mortar including cost of scaffolding upto height of 6m with lead of 100m and lift of 6m etc. (salvage 10%)

Reconstruction of fallen portion of battlements of fort wall as per original in Coursed Rubble stone masonry in lime mortar 1:1:1 i.e (1 Unslaked Lime : 1Surkhi: 1 Sand) as per original with 100% new sand stone of size 0.50x0.30x0.23 (Avg) m in three line dressing of five side except rear side of stone with carving the stone making gun holes with erecting of scaffolding up to height of 6m with lead of 100m & lift of 6m etc.

Providing and laying of 150 mm CR stone flooring of size 0.50 x 0.30 m matching the original found over fort wall in lime mortar 1:1:1 i.e. (1Unslaked Lime 1Surkhi: 1 Sand) having three-line dressing of five side except rear side of as per original.

Providing and applying of the pointing to arrest the vegetation growth over fort wall in lime mortar 1:1:1 i.e. (1Unslaked Lime : 1Surkhi: 1 Sand) with finishing the surface to show the edge and curing as per original.

Provision of the grouting in lime mortar 1:3 required at fort wall where hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete including all necessary fittings etc.

Provision of detail conditional photography, drawings with plan, section & elevation of various part of the fort and related expenditure and Provision of photography of during and after conservation work etc.

Provision of skilled supervisor while execution of the work for better finishing of the conservation work with quality and maintaining Labour and proper mixing of the materials etc.

Provision of casual labour for the watch and ward while execution of the work and safety of materials at the site round the clock.

Provision for the dismantling of MS Bridge after the completion of work including Labour and Material complete.

Vegetation clearance including uprooting rank vegetation, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level with disposal lead of 500m.

Provision for necessary labour tax,water charge, hiring of store room, contractor profit & other taxes etc. during execution of work.
