Supplying and laying of earthed type 3X400 sq mm size polyethelene (XLPE) insulated PVC outer sheathed cable with aluminium conductor (A2XFY) for rated voltage of 11KV conforming to IS:7098 (Part-II)/1985 with latest amendment armoured with galvanized steel strip (with ISI mark) in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Make : Havells / NICCO / Skytone / Gloster.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : Make : Raychem / M-seal / Densons / 3M. 3.1 ---- 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : Make : Raychem cat no. HVS-X-2440 /Densons /Mahindra 3M/ABB. 4.1 ---- 400 sq. mm

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : 5.1 ---- Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia.

Servicing, repairing and overhauling of 630 A/ 800 A rating 11 KV VCB panel and breaker as per scope of work: Checking of bus bar tightness, T&C switch operation, wiring tightness, trolley movement checking, cleaning of CT/PT and bus bar chambers with CRC, cleaning with air blower, servicing of complete panel to avoid moisture, setting and greasing of finger contacts, cable tightness, cam setting of breaker, fixing of three nos. VCB bottles and separators spouts complete with shutters assembly, testing of trip coil and closing coil of breaker tripping meshanism, High Pot testing for 11 KV VCB panel per phase for 1 minute complete as required.

Calibration, testing and programming of microprocessor based numerical relay installed in 11 KV VCB panel of CT ratio 5 Amps to 200 Amps and 24V DC/110V AC supply, including IDMT relay testing with primary and secondary kit and relay programming of master trip relay, trip circuit supervision relay, 6 window annuciator with hooter, under voltage relay, over voltage relay complete as required.

Supply and installation of 450mm (18") dia, 240 volt, 900 RPM heavy duty metal body exhaust fan with blades and other accessories including providing and fixing 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame of size 0.60 Mtr. X 0.60 Mtr. In brick wall with proper size four nos. GI dash fastners complete as required.

Dismantling of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size from the existing masonry open duct as required. 9.1 ---- Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Shifting of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade approx. 90 mtr. roll by hydra from A wing of Block No. 99 B to Bharti sub-station in safe condition.
