(C) LT PANEL LT panel shall be for suitable use inside CSS for operation of 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire AC supply complete with gland plates, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, busbar, inter connections, earth terminals, labeling, cable alley suitable for termination of cable including supply and fixing of following switchgear and accessories in the panel with 2mm thick CRCA sheet complete as required size conforming to relevant IS specification. The ACBs shall have the valid test certificate and all the LT side components shall be placed inside the CSS enclosures Test certificate for ingress protection for enclosure needs to be provided. LT BUSBAR (i) 4000 Amps copper busbar (100% for phase and 50% for neutral.) Separate switch operated bulket lamp+ hooter in transformer compartment. Transformer compartment door interlocked with breaker module.
(E) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING(ONE SET) Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer using minimum size of 1Cx3x95 sqmm XLPE aluminum single core cable. Inter connection between transformer and LT switchgear using copper busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6mm GI strips including transformer neutral. Note : (i) HT and LT compartments shall have degree of ingress protection IP 54 and that of transformer compartment shall be IP 23. (ii) The enclosure alongwith all inside compartment shall be painted with polyurethane painting of suitable thickness not less 150 micron for costal condition. (iii) Copper short pieces for 3 phases and neutral of 4000 Amps with nuts, bolts and washers (set of two) shall be provided for by pass the ACBs when ACBs shall be out of order/under repair. Outgoing :- (a) ACB, 2000A, 4 pole, 3 phase 415 volts, 50 KA breaking capacity manual draw out, Adjustable type – 02 Nos. (b) ACB 1600 A, 4 pole, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 KA breaking capacity, manual draw out, Adjustable type – 01 No. (c) ACB 800 A, 4 pole, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 KA breaking capacity, manual draw out, Adjustable type – 02 Nos. (Total (04+05) 09 Nos of ACBs) all front door operator type (i) LED digital multifunctional meter of class 1.0 accuracy & to measure Amps, Volts, KW, KWH, KVA, PF with suitable CT of 4000/5A, 5VA – 02 No. (01 for Main supply & 01 for DG supply) (ii) Over current / short circuit / earth fault relay for all ACBs.
(iii) LED indication lamps for (RYB) with MCB protection with healthy and fault indication required CTs in all incomer units and all outgoing distribution sections. (iv) Interconnection with required copper strip, size of cubical panel with front hinged door and rear door & with suitable locking arrangement with degree of protection IP-54 made out of channel 100mm x 40mm size, 2mm thick CRCA sheet in different compartment to accommodate various of electrical items with suitable chamber for copper bus bar for incoming and common tapping in for distribution switchgear with interlocking attachment. Note: Both the bus coupler shall be provided electrically/mechanically inter locking system, so that only one incoming feeder shall be “ON” at a time to avoid accident. (ii) ACBs shall be microprocessor based release for over load, short circuit and earth fault protection. (iii) R.Y.B ON-OFF-TRIP Indication with MCB protection shall be provided. (iv) The LT panel enclosure alongwith all inside compartment shall be painted with polyurethane painting of suitable thickness not less than 150 micron for coastal condition. Material and labour for lifting the RCC slab, approximate length (2 to 4.5m) x width (1 to 2m) and upto 300 mm thick and about 3.0 to 5.0 ton in weight on IN jetty as per site condition by cutting/chipping the clearance, groove all around, keeping aside using a crane for laying of LT/HT cables including cleaning of cable duct and replacing RCC slab at the same location after carrying out repairs including making good the surface with pack 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two to three Nos of slab shall be taken out/ removed as per site condition for laying of cables/earth strip in the cable duct of Jetty after for a span of 15 to 20 metres or as per site requirement.
Material & Labour for making good the existing RCC Jetty slabs to its original shape and thickness with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with replacement of MS angle iron frame and reinforcement bars wherever required, lifting hooks all as per existing slab including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay 32mm x 6mm GI strip for connecting machinery from earthing including connection / terminating with GI nut, bolt, spring washer etc and necessary clamps to fix on jetty complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, lay, test and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy cables) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core aid in trenches/floors/ducts or fixed on wall with suitable clamps/saddles or drawn through pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay GI pipe 100 mm dia medium grade in trench for road crossings / obstructions for cable protection complete all a specified and directed.
Cutting the existing road surface / PCC / footpath for laying of HT/LT cables including excavation of trenches, returning filling, removal of soil of any type, including making good to disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, necessary formwork including watering complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay 25mm x 3mm copper strip for connecting machinery from earthing including connection / terminating with GI nut, bolt, spring washer etc and necessary clamps to fix on jetty complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix structural steel section support / staging / chamber cover along with breaking support clamps and back plate fabricated including nuts, bolts, welding and bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, install, test and commissioning of APFC panels with MD-XL capacitor (Super Heavy duty square capacitor with 14% detuned reactor of 3mm thick, indoor type and suitable size to accommodate capacitor bank of rating 450 KVAR comprising of step size (2x100+4x50+2x25) KVAR, 8 steps, Super Heavy duty gas filled capacitor with copper busbar of rated capacity including MCCB of 800 Amps, 50 KA breaking capacity, adjustable type as incomer, auto + manual switches, outgoing of corresponding rated MCCBs alongwith necessary power contactors, digital multifunctional meter for measuring Amps, voltage, frequency, power factor energy with suitable CTs along with inbuilt exhaust fan with auto sensor, automatic operation when required including control wiring all as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The enclosure alongwith all inside compartment shall be painted with polyurethane painting of suitable thickness not less 150 micron for coastal condition.
