Preparation of sub grade including trenching rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level and camber, watering, rolling with a road roller and compaction of bed complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Material conforming to Grading-II --- Table 400-1 including mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller 8 to 10 tonne to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge & as per clause 401 of MORTH specifications (5th revision)

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 63 to 45 mm gauge conforming to grading - ll in table 400-9 of MORTH specifications (5th revision) to water bound macadam specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specifications (5th revision)

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53 to 22.4 mm gauge conforming to grading - ll in table 400.7 of MORTH specifications (5th revision) to water bound macadam specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specifications (5th revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion RS on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.40 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete as per Clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (5th revision) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 4.00kg/10sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface.

Providing and laying 30/40mm thick Bituminous Concrete produced with HOT Mix Plant using crushed aggregates confirming to Grading 2 of Table 500-18 premixed with straight run bitumen 60/70 grade (VG-30) @ 5.50%(by wt. of total mix), transported to site laid with paver finisher to required grade, level and alignment, rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per Clause 507 of MORT&H specifications (5th revision).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 4.1.10
