CERTAIN REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE SFRC COVER FOR WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS AREA UNDER AGE(I)(U) B/R DELHI CANTT-10

M & L for Bailing out sludge cleaning /opening of all blockage under ground sewer line of any depth and size, Cleaning of spot blokage in man hole in any depth ,WC of blockage, blockage gully traps , blockage floor trap, blockage CI bend of any type by manual/macanical method. The complaint shall be cleared/rectified to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within the same day. Note :-(i) 01 (One) sweeper with T & P /mechanical equipments shall be provided by contractor and Monitor/supervised by contracter for provide status of complaint and maintain the attendence report and record of complaint/work done. Sweeper shall be provided for 08 hours per day, he should be clear any type of blockage for sewage system on day to day complaint basis by user and will report at 0900 hrs to the AGE(I) (U) (B/R) office for complaints and submit completion report by Contracter at 1700 hrs everyday.(The recovery on account of non complience of complaint within same working day hours Rs. 1000/- will be recoverd per day) (ii) The Mechanical excavation sewage cleaning machine motor driven compulsory will be brought on the site before commencement and upto complition of work for cleaning blockage, otherwise recovery on account of mechanical excavation sewage machine Rs.1000/- will be recovered per day from contractor. (iii) The contractor has to maintain a complaint register for all complaint and also provide complaint slip with user signature for all complaint.

Cleaning of manholes of depth not exc 1.50m deep by taking out all solid content from manhole manually or by mechanically and deposititing in layers out of Defence land or where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of manholes of depth exc 1.50m but n. exc 3.0 m deep by taking out all solid content from manhole manually or by mechanically and deposititing in layers out of Defence land or where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing of sludge, soil, mud etc from sewage pipe lines upto 400mm bore pipe by pumping method by rodding using MS rod tied with jute/gunny bags between manholes to manholes and flushing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : sludge / night soil may taken out by mechenical means and remove out side of defence land ).

M&L for taking out sludge including water from Septic tank of any size and depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : sludge / night soil may taken out by mechenical means and remove out side of defence land )

Dismantling of cast iron/reinforced concrete drain pipes of 200mm bore, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required

Dismantling of cast iron/reinforced concrete drain pipes of 150mm bore, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc shaft, cesspits, manholes etc not exc. 10 sqm on plan area and getting out hard /soft/loose soil even in foul position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and depth exceed 1.5 mtr but not exceed 3.00 mtr for foundation etc shaft, cesspits, manholes etc not exc. 10 sqm on plan area andgetting out hard /soft/loose soil even in foul position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, trenches the soil in layers not exc 25cm thick, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not excceding 50 mtr away & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 200mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, 200mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only reinforced concrete pipes, 200 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified but except pipe and collar, any class complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, 150mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only reinforced concrete pipes, 150 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified but except pipe and collar, any class complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for slat-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150 mm dia laid in trenches and joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for bed of sewage lines of 150 mm bore incl packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as per specified in SSR part-I clause 18.68.2 and all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for bed of sewage lines of 200 mm bore incl packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as per specified in SSR part-I clause 18.68.2 and all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for broken stone hard core of gauge n.exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, manhole and drain complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching and all other similar works incl extra for forming fair finished drain or manhole channel any size of inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC to any type/fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (WPC shall be included in quoted rate by the bidder).

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and apply two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel fiber reinforced concrete M-30 grade of concrete factory made heavy duty manhole cover including frame of ISI marked of required size as per existing manhole and new manhole, for drain, for cable trench,all other type of opening to be cover all as per directed by Engr-in Chrage complete. Note:- Product has to to be approved quality and shall be passed by accepting officer.

Taking down PVC pipe of any size of any description with fittings complete all as specifed and directed. (Note:Prior approval to be obtain from Engineer-in-Chrage for taking down pipes)

S&F of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed Pressure rating @4Kg/Sq cm length "medium grade " with rubber ring joint, fixed to walls with dash ture nut and bolt at every 2 mtrs length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per ser item No. 30 above but laid in trench or in floor.

S&F of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) Gully Trap setting / jointed with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110mm bore PVC bends/junction any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal provided with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. Exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.
