Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC)produced in a batching plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. minimum flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using 350 Kg of ordinary Portland cement of 43 grade, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge using Slip Form Paver including making necessary provision for expansion joint, curing, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and particular specifications. The item for execution shall also include the following operations: : Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. Filling Polysulphide sealant in dummy, construction and expansion joints including providing closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, and painting side of joints with Polysulphide primer, etc. complete (to be paid separately under item 15 and 16. Note: For the purpose of tendering, the quantity of cement used for one Cum. of finished concrete may be assumed as 350 Kg. If the actual quantity of cement required as per laboratory mix design varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of cement as per mix design, if any, shall be done as per the rate of cement in actual supply voucher from manufacturer/authorized dealer at the time of execution. In the case of authorized distributor the rate may be authenticated by the manufacturer. The rate of cement exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.
Providing and laying polythene sheet (white in colour) of thickness 400 micron conforming to IS: 2508, on the base course with overlaps of not less than 300mm longitudinally and 300mm transversely over and including a base layer of 6mm thick fine sand complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer‐in-charge (Note- Only plan area shall be measured for payment)

[Note: For purpose of payment, quantity (Length x Width x Depth) of Polysulphide sealant only will be measured.] : Expansion Joints of size 25 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 30mm dia closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, as per manufacturers specifications and sketch at Appendix-‘A’.

Providing and laying antiskid, antiglare 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of cast iron isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm dia. Height 450mm made up of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having two holes opposite as per the site requirement at periphery, centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50mm HDPE as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4' away from the centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitable tapped to receive 15mm dia. GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 06 nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings.
Installation of transformer housing box in bituminous pavement/ shoulder of apron with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x630x100 mm thick 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation and refilling, if required and providing and fixing 150mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipes with check nut for drainage of water, with proper alignment of CI boxes in such a way that the hole centres fall in straight line etc. complete as required.
Supply of 50 mm dia. ISI mark HDPE pipe of PN6 & PE80 grade with accessories etc. and as per relevant IS amended upto date complete as per site requirement.
Laying and fixing of 50mm dia. HDPE pipe in ground to connect consecutive existing transformer housing box at a suitable depth i/c fixing the socket, lock/check nut/ any other suitable accessories at both ends of transfer housing box wall to fix the pipe, supply and providing 8SWG GI wire etc. The laying shall be in bituminous pavement/ shoulder of apron, trenching upto required level for aligning the pipe with CI housing box refilling etc. as required as per direction of Engineer In- Charge.
