Item No 09 : M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finished in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles as directed.

Item No. 10 - M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 11 :- M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick as in riser, steps & skirting over cement mortar laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing polishing & rounding to edges completed incl 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4

Item No. 12 :- M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles complete all as specified and direct. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment (ii) Rendering shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Item No. 13 :- M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14:- M&L Brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) all as specified.

Item No 15:- M&L Brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4) all as specified.

Item No 16 : M&L for 75mm thick. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection. complete.

Item No. 17 :- M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for insertion of hold fast incl necessary form work etc all complete. complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 :.M&L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for landings, chajjas, shelves and similar article with plain faces incl chamfered, weathering, throating etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) incl necessary form work complete.

Item No 19 : Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 20 : M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of bk /concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete.

Item No 21 : M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No 22 - M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete.

Item No. 129 :- Preparing surface of sunken slab and applying 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor shall be filled with graded cinder complete all as specified. (liquid WPC will be paid separately)

Item No. 130 :- M & L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete (i) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg /Sqm

(ii) Applying evenly a tack coat industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm incl cleaning surfaces.

(iii) Laying evenly over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction.

Make :- Bajaj Cat part No ENXT P 24L WH CR PC SD (Edge plus series) or its equvalent in Philips, Wipro & as per list of make Group-I.

Item No. 219 :- S & F for ceiling fans complete with service value of the fan shall be greater than 6.1 as per BIS and accessories 230 Volts 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 220 :- S & F for Energy efficient exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 Cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).

Item No. 221 :- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in hard / dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 222 :- Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 223 :- Removal of excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 224 :- Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, type 1 with peak of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm with minimum average breaking load 200 kg as per IS 5820:1970, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Item No. 225 :- Supply, spread and filling approved sand in cable trenches for cushioning of LT UG cable all as specified. NOTE:- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Item No. 226 :- Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 Mtr below the road surface with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exceed 80 mm bore for passing of UG cable all mas specified and as directed (GI pipe laid shall be measured seperately).

Item No. 227 :- Supply & lay GI tubes Light grade in protection of cable at road crossing/ hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 40 mm dia bore

(b) 25 mm dia bore

Item No. 228 :- Taking down existing old Extg unserviceable LT UG/ service cable of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 229 :- Supply and laying testing commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with multi staranded aluminium conductor laid in pipes, trenches/ducts, on poles etc of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 3.5 core x 50 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 core x 35 Sqmm

(c) 4 core x 25 Sqmm

(d) 4 core x 16 Sqmm

(e) 2 core x 10 Sqmm

Item No. 230 :- M&L for earthing with 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm galvanised steel earth plate thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part -I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted..

Item No. 231 :- S&F for Switch Piano type single pole 15 amp, 230 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 232 :- S&F for socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5/15 amp, 230 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.
