REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT TO DOOR AND WINDOW, FALSE CEILING, WALL PANELLING, PLUMBING WORK AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT BASE HOSPITAL IN AOR OF AGE B/R BHDC UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and frame work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing PVC fluted wall panels of approved make, design and shade, manufactured from rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), extruded with vertical / ribbed / fluted profile, having panel width 128 mm × thickness 18 mm with 2 mm groove at 14 mm pitch, and length as required at site, fixed over prepared surface using approved adhesive, screws or concealed clip fixing system as per manufacturer’s specifications. Panels shall be moisture resistant, termite proof. All joints, corners and terminations shall be neatly finished with matching PVC trims, corner profiles, end caps and accessories. The item includes surface preparation, cutting, edge finishing, scaffolding, cleaning after installation and all incidental works, complete in all respects as per drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L false ceiling using powder coated grid system of GI modular grid size 600 x 600 mm with runner 38x24x07 mm cross tee 25x24x0.7 mm and wall angle 24x24x7-8 mm thick PVC laminated Gypsum tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of different designs with rear side MPL film fitted in the grid, grid system hanges by 6 mm dia GI wire to purlin, trusses; RCC slab of the roof etc. with hold down clips, butterfly clips, height fixtures etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GRG (Glass fibre reinforced Gypsum) semi perforated 12 mm thick tiles of size 595 x 595 mm white colour of approved texture,design (Tegular) and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity ressitance of 99% NRC 0.60 to 0.85 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 Sub Head : 26.0 New Technologies and materials reflectance of 85% (Min) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal 'T' grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main 'T' runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross Tof size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items(galvanised @ 80 grams per sqm) i e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners,6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x0.40mm thick of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall /partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Make- Dimond/ Armstrong/ Gyproc/ Shera) Note: Contractor has to submit the drawing to the Engr-in-Charge and get the same approved before execution of GRG work.

S&F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick Eco building board fixed or laid/inserted to GI/ Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of 4mm th ACP (Al composite panel) cladding of approved quality and colours as approved by GE, Fixing in MS frame at any ht and incl MS frame of size not exc 0.36 Sqm (used in rectangular tubes of size 50.8mmx25.4mmx2.9mm th or square tubes 38mmx 38mm x 2.9mm th are used in frame) and filling the joints with all weather silicon sealant incl all mouldings,cutting,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
