Demolition Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime/cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, roofs, floors etc not exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20 C wide.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded aggregates as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.50 Span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded aggregates as in slabs, supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F deformed or twisted MS bar 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as specified .

S&F deformed or twisted MS bar but 5 mm and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces including finished fair & even on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on existing concrete surfaces of roof in CM (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finishing even and smooth to receive water proofing treatment complete without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coat of applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm and over one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm over bituminous primer then followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3 mm thick minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 150 gm per sqm) laid as per the manufacturer's instruction with side over lap of 75 mm and end over lap of 100 mm and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

SCH 'A' PART-III

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed, guard bars, barrel iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, framework of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members n exc 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning, repairing etc measured separately) capacity 500 ltrs.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof surface as used in tank platform complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-IV

S&F 25 mm dia aluminum drapery rod with natural wooden finish and wooden ornamental attachment brackets two Nos at both ends and matching curtains rings min 8 nos in one mtrs, as approved by Engineer - in - Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel bars TMT 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I - Capacity 500 Litre complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC Sheets in roofing including ridges all as specified.

Taking down wooden roof trusses above 4 Mtr and up to 8 Mtr clear span all as specified.

Demolition of reed lathing, single or double including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing all as specified.

Taking down chowkat with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) exc 1.50 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm all as specified.

SCH 'A' PART-VII

M & L for maintenance free chemical earthing system complete with 03 (three) nos copper bonded rods, 17.2 mm dia 3000 mm long electrode buried at suitable distance apart directly in ground, to bore holes of 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.60 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 100 mm below normal ground level, provision of clamps or brazed or both for each copper bonded rods made of cupper and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm & strip connection on the top of the electrode and copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm for inter connection of 03 nos copper bonded rods and laying at least 500 mm below in the ground and further connected to test point terminal block (copper strip and test terminal block shall be measured separately), including back filling of bore holes with advanced earth enhanhencing compound 96 kilogram (minimum) for artificial treatment to soil so as to achieve earth resistance below 01 Ohms as specified in para 19.140 of SSR Part-1 (2009), including provision of earthing pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast cover RCC slab of size 400 x 400 x 50 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary earth work and three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed surfaces) and testing complete all as directed and including necessary earth work and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Taking down old unserviceable delapidated chemical earthing are included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles with required porcelian insulator, fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in repair, Test point terminal block made of Galvanized iron, size 75 mm x 75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long screw hex. Head screw and MS cover made of 2mm thick sheet including provision for entry/exit of earth strip .Note: copper strip & Test point bonded by brazing

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to galvanized iron or steel earth lead of GI Strip 25 X 4 mm by means of welding, nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by galvanized Iron pipe 40 mm dia (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control panel (up to7.5 mtr)as directed and as specified incl concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab 5 cm thick of size as shown reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT deformed bars 100 mm c/c both ways incl one handle made of 12 mm dia MS bars of length 500 mm, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe light grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers 15 cm incl necessary earth work complete all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing , earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. but 25x4mm galvanized iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-VII

Supply and Manufacturing of (HRC TEST BENCH (SIZE 1800MM L X 900MM W X 1200MM H) as per following specifications:- (a) All works shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship/specifications as shown on drawing. (b) 2nd class seasoned hard wood Tita Champa/ Hollocks shall be used .Overall size shall be 1800 mm long, 900 mm wide and 1200 mm high. (c) Legs shall be of 65mm x 65mm in section. Eight legs shall be joined at top with 125mm x 40mm in section top rails in long and short sides. (d) 75mm x 40mm in section bottom stiffeners shall be provided joining legs in long and short sides, 100 mm high from the bottom of legs. (e) Viewing from front, two drawers of equal sizes 450 mm L x 370 mm W x 200mm H at top and middle and one drawer of size 450 mm L x 370 mm W x 230mm H at bottom shall be provided in vertical rows in between two middle legs, fixed on heavy duty CP telescopic channels for sliding over smoothly on the channels. Drawers shall be made with 19mm thick BB, BWR at front,12mm ply BWR at sides & back and 6mm ply at the bottom with separate internal locking system complete all as shown on drawing and as specified. (f) Top shall be of 25mm thick BB, BWR grade over which 1mm thick pre-laminated sheet of approved shade and colour be fixed with 3mm thick timber beading at front edges. (g) Sides of test bench shall be enclosed with 25mm thick BB, BWR grade and back with 19mm th BB BWR grade up to an height of 1200mm from the bottom. All exposed area of the enclosed surfaces to view when placed in position including the whole backside shall be pasted with 1 mm thick plastic laminated sheet of approved clolour complete. (h) 8mm thick black tinted glass of size 900mm x 300mm shall be fixed on table top to act as a partition in the middle as shown on drawing and as directed. (j) Two soft board notice 300mm x 400mm with green blazed covering and two electric swich board with switch & socket shall be provided each on either sides complete as shown on drawing and as directed. (k) Hard rubber shoes 50mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. (l) All wood surfaces shall be finished with melamine polish complete with high gloss finish. (m) Rest all as per drawing.
