Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil for foundation trenches, walls, drains, plinths, footings, pedestals, colunmns and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc., including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle, bushes, grass & creepers etc. Shoring, strutting, bailing out water [if necessary], dressing, leveling & hand ramming he bottom of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated available good quality of Soil, leveling & hand ramming the sides of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the waste soil or surplus soil, generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded crushed hard stone aggregate compacted Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Table 400-12 and Table 400-13 of MORTH Fifth Revision and as per technical specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform thickness with paver or with suitable method in base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tonnes to achieve the desired density in stages to proper grade and camber etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, as per drawing(s) [if any] and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam for filling of pot holes and disintegrated portions of road surface using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers,laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level,alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Hot Mix Plant. The cost is inclusive of cuting the potholes to a regular shape, removal of all loose dislodged aggregates, etc, disposing the surplus debris etc. up to lead of 50 meters, cleaning the work area etc, spraying and laying of VG-30 bituminous tack coat at the rate 0.3 kgs/sq.mtr.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The cost is inclusive of spraying and laying of VG-30 bituminous tack coat at the rate 0.3kgs/sq.mtr. 40 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and cement filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Hot Mix Plant. Note: 1)Average thickness of 40mm shall be laid. If the thickness is less than the specified, proportinate deduction will be made and if the thickness is more than the specified, then the payment will made to specified thick ness. 2)Spreading of crusher dust powder over finished tack coat.

Providing and laying PCC, 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles for plinth, floor & drain bedding & all other various miscellaneous PCC works including preperation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spraeding, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, providing; fixing & removing formwork, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. NOTE: OPC 43 Grade cement of reputed brand shall be used for executing this item.

Providing and laying of hot thermoplastic compound of 2.5mm thick including reflectorized glass beeds at 250gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5mm is excusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts.MORTH specification no.803
