Taking out submersible pump set of capacity 40HP 3 Phase 415 volt AC supply alongwith column pipes from the bore well by disconnecting electric connection, disconnecting the motor from pump dismantling the motor & over hauling the same by repairing/ replacing defective part as ordered & re-assembling including M&L for replacing worn- out nuts bolts washers complete, connecting /coupling the motor with pump & with column pipes & lowering the same after repairing, making the connecion complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cleaning of RCC overhead reservoir of 75,000 GLN capacity of 18 Mtr staging including draining out water. Removing, Mud, Slit/dust from Tank. Washing & rubbing with gunny bags & cleaning with fresh water & Bleaching powder including writing the date of cleaning etc by synthetic enamal paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) All necessary ladder and scaffolding arrangement shall be made by the contractor. (b) All kind of safety equipments shall be arranged at site by the contractor. (c) In case of damage of any outlet pipeline/control valves during operation shall be borne by the contractor (d) Disturbed portion if any shall be made good as per existing by the contractor

Cleaning of Masonry /RCC under ground sump of 50 Kilo Gallon capacity, Located at Gundrai pump house No 1, including the following works: (i) draining out water with the help of monoblock pumpset (pumpset shall be managed by the contractor) (ii) Removing, Mud, Slit/dust from sump by manually & rubbing & cleaning with gunny bags etc (iii) washing with fresh water & Bleaching powder twon times (iv) writing the date of cleaning etc by synthetic enamel paint (v) applying two coat of light blue colour synthetic enamel wall paint internally upto 84SQM on inside of floor and all walls all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Masonry /RCC under ground sump of 25 Kilo Gallon capacity loacted at Cadets hostel area including the following works: (i) draining out water with the help of monoblock pumpset (pumpset shall be managed by the contractor) (ii) Removing, Mud, Slit/dust from sump by manually & rubbing & cleaning with gunny bags etc (iii) washing with fresh water & Bleaching powder twon times (iv) writing the date of cleaning etc by synthetic enamel paint (v) applying two coat of white wash.

Cleaning of Masonry /RCC under ground sump of 55 Kilo Gallon capacity loacted at Kesarbagh Sump House area including the following works: (i) draining out water with the help of monoblock pumpset (pumpset shall be managed by the contractor) (ii) Removing, Mud, Slit/dust from sump by manually & rubbing & cleaning with gunny bags etc (iii) washing with fresh water & Bleaching powder twon times (iv) writing the date of cleaning etc by synthetic enamel paint (v) applying two coat of white wash.

Cleaning of Shallow wells at Gundrai by cutting the MS sheet of 10mm thick by gas cutter in rectanglur shape approx 10 to 12 RM, welding the MS sheet of 10 mm thick by gas welding with the help of copper rod in rectangular shape approx 10 to 12 RM after completing cleaning work, Lowering the non clog pump set of 5 HP to 40HP capacity in shallow wells and running until well gets empty during the cleaning work is on including transportation expenditure, pipe arrangement etc., Making angle iron fabrication work at site over both shallow wells to rest/fixing chain pully set to draw bucket filled with mud, sludge, dust, fungus, useless stone pieces continuously till all the waste material removed from bottom of shallow well, Cleaning all pores/ Sources of water yield inside well's wall by brooming, brushing, rubbing, clothing until all rubbish material removed from well's wall and cleaning the wall with the help of water jet of sufficient pressure including cleaning of wall by disinfection chemical like bleaching powder properly or as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling electric motor of centrifugal pump 3 phase for 440 volt 30 HP and rewinding of motor with super enameled copper wire of same guage & turn including material, varnishing, re-assembling, testing & commissioning /complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note: (i) Each Breakdown in pumping line of size 50mm dia to 150mm shall be counted as one job (ii) Breakdown of any three in distribution line below the size of 50mm shall be counted as one job. (iii) 01 x Pipe fitter skilled and 02 x helpers able to excavation and removal of pipeline shall be provided by the contractor on daily basis till the completion of contract. (iv) Welding , jointing and refixing/addn/altn of size and length shall be included in rate. (v) No vehicle shall be provided by the MES for conveyance of the pipe ftr and helpers. (vi) Items replaced in each breakdown shall be measured and paid separately.
