Withdrawing of the existing submersible pump and motor set along with column pipe after disconnection of pipe line and power line by help of derrick arrangement of the manual labour complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of following materials at site:-

i) Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump suitable for bore well conforming to IS:8034 (and as amended thereafter ) with standard MOC for patable clear cold water and BEE 3 star rated capable of discharging noted M³/hr against the head of water column.The pump shall be directly coupled with a continuous rated 2-pole suitable wet type vertical squirel cage induction motor conforming to IS: 9283 (and as amended thereafter) suitable for operation in AC three phases 415v,50Hz (category B motor) 28 m3/hr at an Head range of 38 m Motor Rating-5 HP (Test certificate,H&Q characterstic curve should be provided at the time of delivery) Make :- As per Approved vendor list of PHED. Safety device for the above pump set by supplying MS cage with proper clamping arrangement and Round Twisted Machine Made Nylon rope 20 mm dia (super quality)as per requirement including supply of all required materials with nuts and bolts as required

Split type MS fabricated suitable tubewell cover as per tubewell housing with a necessary arrangement for clamping devices including holes for air pipe and cable entry gland

65x80 mm GI reducing socket heavy type

2.5 sq mm 3 core flate submersible copper cable as per IS :694.Make-Approved make

Lowering of the newly supplied 5HP submersible pump motor set stage by stage by means of chain pulley block arrangement and making safety arrangement by fitting fixing of nylon rope and making power line and supply main line connection, interconnection with the delivery line all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Carrying charges to & fro of withdrawn MS column pipe and Pump motor set from Benda to Bankura BMD office store including loading unloading charges.

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). a) 40 mm dia [ for Cable protection]

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. size of the trenches (W-450mm, D-1000mm L-70 mtr)

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core as per direction of E.I.C

Supply and fixing on wall Pump controller unit comprising of DOL 415 V relay range 6-10A ,wide band coil (200-400v AC) in a sheet steel enclosure with single phase preventor , voltmeter and ammeter . Make-Approved make.

Fault finding by technical expart at 100KVA Voltage stabilizer using suitable type of instruments at site Benda.

Supply and delivery of control card for 100 KVA voltage stabilizer.

Dismantling of defective card and fixing of Newly supplied control card complete power line connection and testing the voltage stabilizer with load by deputing technical expart to complete the job as per direction.
