APPENDIX- 3A

PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS

(Refer Clause C 2.2(d) and C 15.1 of ITT)

1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document:

1. The Tenderer shall indicate price reduction against each deviation in Appendix-3A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.

2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.

3. It shall be noted that in case Nil/Zero/NA Price quoted by Tenderer in Appendix-3A then it shall mean that contractor has quoted same price for deviation and undeviation bid.

4. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Appendix, it will have no effect.

Preamble

The bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to Tenderers, Special Conditions of contract, Employers Requirements, GCC etc.

BoQ consists of one schedule i.e. Schedule-A

The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.4 & C2.5 of ITT & clause 19 of SCC.

If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected.

Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions.

The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates in BOQ1. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.

The actual work executed against the BOQ as detailed in tender document would be paid as per clause 22 of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC).

The price offer in BOQ shall be given without consdering any deviation mentioned in Appendix-3 of FOT i.e. price in this box shall be quoted as per tender condition without any deviation.

Schedule-A: Supply and Installation

Supply of Heat Shrink Outdoor termination kit suitable for 26/45 kV, 250kV BIL 1Cx240 sqmm Copper XLPE single-core cable having creepage of more than 1250mm, to be installed inside Tunnel sections of Metro Network, with outer sheath FRLSOH.

Fabrication and supply of busbar made of high-conductivity electrolytic grade Copper, suitable for installation on pedestal insulators (PI), for interconnection of two (02) numbers of 25 kV, 1C × 240 sq.mm Copper cable terminations and four (04) numbers of flexible jumper connections feeding into the ROCS (Rigid Overhead Conductor System). The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: Cutting, drilling, shaping, bending (if required), and finishing of the Copper busbar. Provision of all necessary holes for mounting on pedestal insulators, cable terminations, and flexible jumper connections. Approximate Dimensions of Copper Busbar: 750 mm × 160 mm × 5 mm Tentative Hole Requirements (subject to site conditions): Pedestal insulator mounting: 4 Nos Cable terminations: 2 Nos Flexible jumper connections: 4 Nos The item shall be complete in all respects, including material, workmanship, fabrication, and readiness for installation at site.

Installation of Heat Shrink outdoor termination kit suitable for 26/45kV 1Cx240 sqmm Copper XLPE single-core cable. To be installed inside Tunnel sections of Metro Network.

Installation, alignment, and connection of Copper busbar on pedestal insulator including interconnecting two numbers of 25 kV, 1Cx240 sqmm Copper cable terminations and four numbers of jumper connections feeding into ROCS (Rigid Overhead Conductor System). The work includes mounting of the busbar on pedestal insulator, connection with terminations and jumpers using hardware (bolts, nuts, washers), proper torque tightening, alignment, and finishing. Removal of existing busbar (if available) is included in the scope. Supply of Cable / Jumpers is not in scope of contractor.

Supply, delivery, and installation of drop-down type anchor fasteners (having length 400-700mm) with hot-dip galvanized angles (50X50X6 mm) having length of 200mm, suitable for supporting 25 kV, 1Cx240 sqmm Copper XLPE cables in ROCS (Rigid Overhead Conductor System). The work shall include drilling, fixing, alignment, and securing of cables, with all hardware, bolts, nuts, washers, and finishing, complete in all respects as per drawings, and specifications. This arrangement shall ensure adequate termination clearance and provide stress relief to the cable termination. The work also include removal of any exsisting anchor fasteners/ angles if required at site.

Supply, delivery, and installation of drop-down type anchor fasteners (length 400-700mm) with hot-dip galvanized angles (50X6 mm) having length of 500mm, suitable for supporting 25 kV, 1Cx240 sqmm Copper XLPE cables in ROCS (Rigid Overhead Conductor System). The work shall include drilling, fixing, alignment, and securing of cables, with all hardware, bolts, nuts, washers, and finishing, complete in all respects as per drawings, and specifications. This arrangement shall ensure adequate termination clearance and provide stress relief to the cable termination. The work also include removal of any exsisting anchor fasteners/ angles if required at site.

Mechanical Fastning:- Installation of pedestal insulator for 25 kV system on tunnel roof, wall, or drop arm (DA), using anchor fasteners (M16), nut-bolts, and necessary hardware. Work shall include drilling, fixing, alignment, tightening, and making good the surface, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications. Supply of Insulator is in DMRC scope. If the work require removal of exsisting Pedestal insulator same to be done by contractor, nothing shall be paid extra.

Chemical Fastning :Providing and fixing chemical anchor fasteners (M16) by drilling, hole cleaning, injection of chemical grout, and installation of threaded rods for mounting of traction accessories on tunnel roof, wall, or drop arm (DA). The item shall include all materials, tools, consumables, nut-bolts, washers, alignment, tightening, curing time, and making good the surface, complete in all respects as per site condition. Supply of Insulator is in DMRC scope. If the work require removal of exsisting Pedestal insulator same to be done by contractor, nothing shall be paid extra.

Fabrication, supply, and installation of adjustable U-shaped cable support structures, manufactured from Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) Mild Steel angle sections (50×50×6 mm), designed to support 25 kV, 1C×240 mm2 Copper XLPE cables. The assembly shall consist of a 500 mm wide horizontal support member and vertical uprights with a telescopic or slotted height adjustment range of 400 mm to 700 mm. Work includes precision cutting, structural welding, drilling, deburring, and Hot-Dip Galvanizing. Installation complete in all respects, including heavy-duty anchor fasteners, nuts, bolts and washers etc. ensuring proper alignment, levelling as per site requirements.

Fabrication, supply, and installation of adjustable U-shaped cable support structures, manufactured from Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) Mild Steel angle sections (50×50×6 mm), specifically designed to support 25 kV, 1C×240 mm² Copper XLPE cables. The assembly shall feature a 150 mm wide horizontal support member and a telescopic or slotted vertical adjustment range of 150 mm. Work includes precision cutting, structural welding, drilling, and deburring of all sharp edges prior to Hot-Dip Galvanizing. Installation complete in all respects, including heavy-duty anchor fasteners, nuts, bolts and washers etc. ensuring proper alignment, levelling as per site requirements.

Supply and installation of SS-316 cable clamps suitable for 25 kV, 1Cx240 sqmm Copper XLPE single-core cables, for clamping and supporting cables on tunnel wall. Scope includes supply of clamps, drilling, fixing with anchor fasteners/nut-bolts, alignment, and finishing, complete in all respects.
