Up keeping ,maintenance of sanitation, sweeping & cleaning works at T(K)GTPS Plant and Quarters areas at Thirumakkottai village in Thiruvarur District for a period of one year from the date of commencement of work

Sweeping and mopping of the office floors (Flooring with ceramic/ marble / granite tiles) steps, staircases, handrails with scented cleaning agents including clearing and disposal of waste papers once in two days , Dusting and cleaning of files records in racks, furnitutres for twice in a week, cleaning of all partition walls, ceilings (Brick, wooden & Aluminium, Glazed), Staircase, hand rails, doors, windows, blinds, Name boards etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting and disposing all the wastes to outside of the office complex with all general cleaning inside the office Floors etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of al labour,labour uniforms, lead ,lift,T&P, cost of all consumables such as cleaning powder, Broom sticks,coweb sticks, Bamboo baskets, Swabs,Mops,Dungry cloth,Buckets,cost of all consumable etc ., complete.

Sweeping and mopping of the common areas in various offices and quarters such as passage (Flooring with cement mortar) steps, staircases, handrails with scented cleaning agents including clearing and disposal of waste papers and debris two days, cleaning of ceilings , doors, windows, Name boards etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting and disposing all the waste to outside of the Office complex, with all general cleaning in common office floors etc… complete as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all labour, labour uniforms, lead, lift, T&P, cost of all consumable materials such as cleaning powder, Broom sticks, Cobweb sticks, Bamboo baskets, Swabs, Mops, Dungry cloths, Buckets, cost of all consumables etc. complete.

Sweeping of open areas around Office buildings collection and removal of garbage and wastes from campus to outside office complex once in fotnight/month, all general outdoor cleaning with sprinkling of water, including removal of weeds and unwanted materials as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as coconut brooms, Bamboo baskets,cost of all consumables etc. complete.

Maintenance charges for cleaning the wash basins, water closets, urinals and floor and wall tiles by spraying of disinfectant and placing camphor balls and urinal scented screen in the urinals and wash basins, sweeping and cleaning the floor surface and side wall surface, gratings, neatly cleaning the sanitary duct, removing dirt/refuge and cobwebs and sweeping away the stagnated water at periodical intervals, including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including materials for cleaning except phenyl. The toilet should always be clean, neat and tidy without any odour or foul smell. A)Toilet floors ( includes cleaning of wall tiles & doors / ventilators, removal of cobweb)

B)Water closets (IWC / EWC-Description of work as in Sl.No.1.06)

C)Urinals (cleaning & providing scented urinal screen, coloured naphthalene balls-Description of work as in Sl.No.1.06)

D)Washbasins (Description of work as in Sl.No.1.06)

Trimming the Border plants using Scissors to the required shape, size and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of hire charges for all T & P materials, all labour charges for trimming, all lead, lift, transporting charges, disposing of debris away from the site etc, complete.

Cleaning of open drain/storm water drain pipe culvert etc., to ensure free flow of water in Plant and quarters area including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead & lift etc., complete and disposal of the waste collected including cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Operation of STP pump and sludge tank and maintaining of STP, Sewer line/pipe lines and man hole at the plant area including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at Site.

Cleaning of water tank in Control Room Building, Administration building and Switchyard Control Room building in Plant area including cost of all cleaning materials such as brush, bucket, bleaching powder, labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site. B. RCC Tank of 24,000 Litres capacity

C. RCC Tank of 5,000 Litres capacity

D. OHT 50000 Litres capacity

Cleaning of dust bins and waste chute of tenements and cleaning of kitchen waste, House drain, disposing the collected waste away from the tenements including cost of all cleaning materials, labour charges, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at Site.

Cleaning of sewerage water collected in septic tank inside plant area and clearing sludge and disposing at a suitable place away from the plant using 6000lit capacity hired tank including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T&P's including removal of cover slab and refixing the same and finishing etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Dewatering of seepage water collected from cable sumps using TANGEDCO motors including transporting of motor and required extension hose, wire, including cost of all labour, lead , lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of scrub jungle in and around the quarters area and plant area clearing away from site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Maintenance of water supply to potable water tank and service water tank in quarters including maintenance of all water line to tanks of individual buildings, operation of motors and filling the water tanks with water every day, all labour lead, lift, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc.,(Excluding cost of material) complete.

Servicing and maintenance of aluminium doors in the plant buildings, including providing GI Screws of necessary, applying Grease and oil, etc.,cleaning of floor spring, assembling the door and fixing in position etc., all labour charges and cost of rubber beading where ever necessary, all lead, lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site. including cost all consumables, all T&P’s lift etc., complete.

Sweeping & cleaning of terrace for all the plant buildings including cost of all cleaning materials, labour,lead ,lift once in three months including cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
