Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation, made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly fabricated in a segregated manner for housing of switch fuse units, by welding each compartment on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement, with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear housing compartments. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides, with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. 300 mm deep (nominal)

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge Unarmoured cable 4 Sq. mm (twin core)

Supplying and erection of street light bracket made of G.I. pipe 'A' class of suitable length and dia, the pipe bended to give an angle of 100 to 110 degree fitted with bolt & nuts at the top of existing pole or wall including painting the pipe with two coats of approved paint over priming coat complete in all respects as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. 40 mm dia. Supplying and Fixing LED street light fitting 45 watt with pressure die cast housing with individual LED's as light source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP openning separate driver compartment with IP 66 Protection and impact resistance of IK 07 product code BRTFG 45W LED V2 Bajaj or equivalent make etc. as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing surface mounted electronic timer switch 4 pole etc. as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing power contactor 63 Amp. etc. as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Tongle switch etc. as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Add for labour such as Electrician for maintenance of street lights for three years.

Add for labour such as T- Mate to assistance the Electrician for maintenance of street lights for three years.

Add for purchase of CFL, Holders & Petty items required for maintenance of street lights such as wire, screw, BCB's etc. for 3 years.

Purchase of Petty items required for maintenance of street lights such as wire, screw, MCB's etc.(One Job Per Year) (Note:- The payment against this item will be made to the contractor / firm on the basis of actual bill produced by the contractor / firm and the payment will not be exceeds in any case Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand) only per year.

Removing old paint Steel and other metal surfaces & making the surface even with hand scraping including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces, bracket and clamp after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead, Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with aluminium paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of the dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of material in all leads and lifts
