Repairs to 5 cusec x 10 meter head end casing pump by way of decoupling from motor of pumping unit no III and base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump of LIS Kothey kalyana old on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Repairs to 5 cusec x 10 meter head pump by way of dismantling spiral casing pump of pumping unit no III at workshop by completely draining of old oil from the bearing housing and extraction of all worn out/damaged parts, i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeve, bush, check nut, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Providing and fitting of new pump shaft after turning to bearing size and turning of threads on shaft as per the size and pitch of threading on check nut. Repairs to impeller by filing cavities, cracks and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting of two number new bearings number 6408 and one numb1.er thrust bearing number 51310, neck ring, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Completely cleaning of bearing housing to remove dust and metal residue. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh M-oil upto the required level. Assembling of pump with motor and connecting with suction and delivery pipes. Providing of new nuts and bolts with rubber gaskets. Providing and fitting of graphite packing. Replacement of coupling pulley of pumping unit no III by way of providing and fitting pulley as per the size of pump and motor shaft. Providing and fitting of coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes, key way. Repair to 200 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no III by way of extracting and dismantling foot valve from suction sump/ water source. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of new foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fabrication of strainer to stop entry of unwanted material and fitting it with foot valve. Fitting of foot valve at the suction pipe with replacement of nuts, bolts and rubber sheet. Repairs to 100 kva voltage stabilizer installed at LIS kothey kalyana old by way of providing and filling of 150 litres of fresh transformer oil in voltage stabilizer installed inside lift irrigation station. Complete job include cost of material, carriage charges on head load from lift irrigation station to road and back, transport charges to site.

Rebate on Old Parts

Designing and fabrication of MS saddle to support suction pipeline from lift irrigation station to intake point by way of dismantling existing 50 ft suction pipe after cutting of damaged nuts and bolts. Stacking the pipeline at safe place. Fabrication of saddle support by using angle iron 50 x 50 x 5 mm under the pipe for support. Total length of angle iron required will be 100 ft. The saddle structure must be properly welded to withstand the weight of suction pipeline. The job included levelling of area below the supports of saddle and grouting the saddle with concrete mixture to support the weight of suction pipeline and vibrations. Installation of 300 mm diameter suction pipeline over the saddle with long boom crane/ chain pulley, manual labour without damaging the fabricated saddle. The angle of the 300 mm bend should be kept at 90 degree while descending to the suction sump. Assembling of suction pipeline using hexagonal nuts and bolts, rubber gaskets between all the flanges. Painting of saddle with one coat of red oxide primer and coat of black enamel paint. Providing and fitting of new 300 mm diameter cast iron for pumping unit no 1, flanged foot valve with pressure rating of PN 0.2, the door face should consists of rubber with reinforcement of cotton canvas, after replacing existing damaged foot valve by cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutting at intake source. Job includes providing of new nuts, bolts and rubber gasket. Complete job includes cost of material, charges for labour, painting, crane charges and civil work. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions
