Leading, Lifting, Shifting, Loading, Transporting and Unloading of ESP fields (all related auxiliaries) with supporting frames from Uppur/STPP to MTPS-II / Mettur Dam.
Opening of manhole doors in 23 mtr & 13.5mtr elevation and closing all the manhole doors after dismanling,cutting and removal of Field and internals including hire charges T&P required, consumables and all labour charges etc.,
Mechanical cleaning and water washing in ESP pass fields, including collecting plates,emitting electrodes rapping mechanism, structures and closing all the manhole doors including consumables, lead, lift, T&P etc.,
Removal of damaged / eroded/wornout ESP collecting electrodes (plates) of sizes of 750mm width X 15000 mm Long from ESP fields. The electrodes are to be disconnected from shock bars by cutting the shock bar bolts, nuts, scaffolding are to be erected at required elevation for lifting the 15 m long electrode to the top of the ESP roof. Derrick arrangements are to be erected with 4 Nos of collecting electrodes
Shifting of eroded / damaged ESP collecting electrodes from 30 mtr elevation to ESP ‘0’ mtr elevation and cutting it into 2 to 3 pieces and loading it to the vechicle and to central stores
Cutting and removing the damaged ERM, CRM shafts, emitting Electrodes, CRM & ERM ladder & supporting structures, plain bearings , etc from ESP field as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Shifting the eroded ESP shock bar guide plate & baffle plate from ESP 14 mtr to 0 mtr and loading it to vehicle, transporting and devolute at Central Stores/MTPS-II.
Removal of damaged collecting electrode supporting frames, lifting the ESP roof, shifting from 30mtr level to '0' mtr level.
Shifting of eroded / damaged ERM, CRM shafts, emitting Electrodes, ERM ladder, etc to ESP ‘0’ mtr elevation and cutting it into 2 to 3 pieces and loading it to the vehicle and to central stores.
Removal of inner and outer casing longitudinal ESP roof plate by gas cutting or using welding electrodes,insulation wool mattress and Fixing, welding the same outer and inner casing longitudinal roof plate including cost of consumables and T & P and cost of welding electrodes and renewal or putting back the same insulation wool mattress after completion of work.
Erection of completed ESP field internals along with its accessories by transporting,lead,lifting (to the top of ESP roof at 25M elevation),fit-up levelling, inserting the 15M long collecting electrode into the ESP casing chamber one by one with special tool & placing at the required place/ row and connecting the bottom with shock bars by huck-bolt arrangements, tightening with special tools,erection of rapping mechanism, suspension & support frames for collecting & emitting electrodes, CERM & ERM mechanism, support insulators,insulation, alignment, completed welding of all supports,frames and modification of the BHEL make ESP internals such as collecting and emitting electroed supporting and suspension frame, ERM &CRM, ERM& CRM driving mechanism,Insulators etc., and as per direction of site Engineer all charges including cost of special T &P 's and consumables.
