Filling of brick ballast in plinth in ratio 1 : 4 : 8 (cement, coarse sand & brick ballast) with proper ramming. Size (4.0 x 3.0 x 0.65) m
R.C.C. work in the top layer of plinth in ratio 1:2:4 in size (4.46 x 3.46) m and 0.20 m thickness by using MS bar of 12mm both ways. The work also includes binding of steel reinforcement.
Quantity of M.S. Tor of size 12mm dia required for reinforcement of plinth in RCC work should be 18 nos. bars of 3.4 mtr. length and 12 nos. bars of 4.4 Mtr. length. Works also includes cutting, bending and laying etc. in the T/F Plinth.

Earth Mat Work
Excavation of earth of size (0.5 x 0.75 x 369) m & (0.5 x 0.75 x 60) m in switchyard area as per drawing for laying of 32 mm dia M.S. Round and 50 x 6 mm size M.S. strip and refilling & ramming of the same earth into the trenches after completion of work
Laying of Earth Mat
Laying of 32 mm dia M.S. Round Bar in 0.75 m deep trenches as excavated in items. (a)
Welding with lap joint minimum length 150mm over lapping on both side of item (b)(i) shall be done so that all the edges may fill completely with high quality Arc welding. All joints shall be painted with black bituminous paint.
Jointing of 32 mm dia M.S. Round in earth mat at cross joint using high quality Arc welding. 75 mm piece of 32 mm Dia M.S. Round shall also be welded to make the joints strong for transfer the fault current. Work also included cutting welding and painting with black bituminous paint of joint etc.
Fabrication of 32 mm dia bar for 3.0 m long electrodes and digging them into ground so that jointing of earth electrode with the Earth Mat can be done by using 75mm long piece of M.S. Round using high quality Arc welding and paints of joints with black bituminous paint.
Laying of G.I. Earth Strip :–
Laying of G.I. Earth strip of size 50 x 6 mm (min. weight = 2.4 Kg/m) about 160 mtr. length for connecting the Earth Mat with steel structure.
The work also includes cutting, bending, straightening, over-lapping and welding the Earth Strip with Earth Mat and various steel structures by using high quality Arc welding in already digging trenches.
Painting of Earth Strip of size (40 x 6) mm with one coat of ready mixed primer with two coats of ISI mark synthetic channel green paint.
Laying of stringing of 33 KV Bus-bar on ACSR Dog conductor including fitting & mounting of disc insulator B&S type with fitting complete.

Installation of 33/11 KV, 5 MVA Transformer as per following
Shifting of 5 MVA 33/11 KV, Transformer to transformer plinth in Switch Yard.
Erection of shifted Transformer at plinth by fixing all accessories like radiators, conservator tank, filling the transformer oil to desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage, complete job in all respect.
Boring and lowering of G.I. Pipe size 32 mm dia. into the ground up to water level 20 Mtr., with the lower end of solid copper cone Approx 225mm long and 750 gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous copper wire 6 SWG from the cone up to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the M.S. earth Strip for Transformer neutral connection, the earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support.
Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100 x 50 mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300 x 300 x 700 mm and painted with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, M.S. Bolt and washer.
Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Angle (50 x 50 x 6) / 65 x 65 x 6) mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. Flat (50×6)mm pieces of size 150 mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300 x 300 x 700) mm in CC 1 : 3 : 6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50 x 6) mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts.
Installation of 11 KV Switch Gears in Control Room :
Carefully & safely shifting of 11 KV switch gears ( I/C,O/G & BUS COUPLER) from outside to inside the switch gear room, grouting of foundation bolts in C.C. ratio of 1 : 2 : 4 (including cutting of RCC floor and finishing of RCC floor) as per requirement placing, aligning and fixing of 11 KV anchor GI bolts and nuts of proper size for completion of work.
Safely mounting of 11 KV PT on 11 KV Incoming switch gear filling of oil (if required) making all electrical connections and testing & commissioning of work.
Proper fixing and making bus bar connection in between two switch gears after proper cleaning. Work also include proper insulation, taping by empire, PVC and H.T. tape etc.
H.T. Power Cable Laying :
Laying 11 KV, (3 x 300) mm2 XLPE, Cable from power transformer to 11 KV Incoming switch gear in the cable trench 0.45 m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying brick vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the cable
Laying 11 KV, 3 x 185 mm2 XLPE, Power cable from outgoing switch gear to 11 KV double poles in the cable trench 0.45m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 thickness mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying bricks vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the cable

Jointing of following 11 KV Power Cable ends :
Making of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable out door jointing kits after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs.
Making of 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits in switch gears after carefully removing the insulation of cable, providing and crimping of proper size of lugs, plumbing and taping of cable with good quality available insulation tape with J/Kit boxes. Fixing and insulating of lugs on cable with switch gear complete in all respect.
Providing & wearing of 100 mm dia 3.5 mm long G.I. pipe in the feeder cable of size of (3 x 185)mm2 XLPE power cable before making the outdoor cable boxes. The work includes the sealing of G.I. Pipe, top end and lower end of the pipe is to be buried in to the ground about ½ m and proper dressing of cable etc. The work includes lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder with double pole structure and making connections.
Providing and Installation of 24 (12+12 volt) Volt battery and Inverter ( Exide/ADDO/microtek Make tubuler battery 230 AH Capacity) with cabinet.(1 Set=2 No. Battery 12 Volt and 01 No. 24 volt Inverter)
Providing armoured Copper Control Cable and Laying of different size of (2 x 2.5)mm2=450 mtr / (4 x 2.5) mm2=550 mtr Armoured control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to indication protection board in switch gear room, 33 KV CT's to CT's Junction Box, CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel , and capacitor Bank Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box and indication board as per required for installed equipment.
Earthing of 11 KV Switch Gears :
Preparation of earth mat for earthing of indoor equipments by means of GI earth strips (50 x 6) mm connecting to 4 Nos. earthing electrodes of 32 mm dia. (including fabrications of earthing electrodes) 3m long on either side (as per RESSPO drg. RES-40). This work includes driving of earthing electrodes, driving them into earth so that its top remains 500 mm below ground level, earth work, laying, bending, welding of GI earth strips (50 x 6) mm and also laying of the GI earth strips (50 x 6) mm in trench of control room and connecting to both sides squares including cost of GI earth strips (50 x 6) mm approx. 40m length.
Earthing of all indoor equipments by laying and providing GI earth strip (50 x 6) mm including cutting, bending and welding etc.
Erection and grouting of 33 KV VCB Structure and Construction of plinth for the structure of 33 KV VCB and Installation of 33 KV VCB Assembling and installation of 33 KV VCB on the VCB out door structure on the plinth. Adjustment of operating mechanism in proper alignment for smooth operation of the same. The work also includes fabrication of addition arrangement for proper fixing, if required as per RESSPO Drawing.
Erection and grouting of 33 KV CT Structure and Installation of 33 KV CT as per Assembling and installation of 33 KV CT on the CT out door structure on the plinth. Lighting Arrangement of 33/11 KV Sub-Station outdoor switch yard and approch road as per following-
Erection of 9 Mtr. long ST Pole for street light with 1.0 Mtr. long street light brackets including fixing and supply of junctions box, grouting of support in C.C. ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand and brick ballast) in size (0.40 x 0.4 x 1.2) m. Lighting poles shall also be earthed by connecting to earth mat.
Providing and Fixing of LED Philips /CGL/ISI Mark make lamps 120 W LED with fittings, etc. of standard quality ISI Mark with water tight elbow fitting etc. complete in all respect and suitable for above street light supports.
Providing and Laying of 4 x 25 mm2 PVC LT cable from 11/0.4 KV, 63 KVA T/F to L.T. distribution board in switch gear room after digging trench for laying cable and refilling of trench including connections at both ends after providing and crimping of lugs of proper size for completion of work and laying brick over & both sides of L.T. cable after digging trench of 0.3 m wide & 0.5 m depth and providing and wearing 75 mm dia G.I. Pipe of 2.5 M length over L.T. Cable complete in all respect for street light as per RESSPO Drawing.
Fabrication of L.T. distribution board of size (1 x 0.75 x 1.4) M by using M.S. Angle of size (65 x 65 x 6) mm and grouting the stand in ground floor in switch gear room at proper place. 12 mm thick Indian wooden ply with sunmica top will be fixed on the ply frame and frame will be painted by one coat of primer red oxide and two coats of smoke grey paint as per RESSPO Drawing.
Construction of 11 KV Double Poles
Erection and grouting of 02 Nos. 09 Mtr. long ST Pole for 11 KV cable hanging for making DP Structure including fabrication and providing and fixing of M.S. Channel M.S. Angle, 11KV TPMO, Fuse set disc insulator, composite polymer pin etc. The work includes supply and fixing of necessary clamps with nusts, bolts and washers. The work also includes grouting of Double pole with M.S. earthing rod complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing.
Erection and installtion of 11/0.4 KV, 63 KVA Transformer on double pole including shifting of the same upto double pole and making of 11 KV connections of tranformer complete the work in all respect of RESSPO drawing.
Painting of all steel section mounted on the 11 KV Double poles with one coat of ready mix primer and two coats of ISI marks Aluminium Paints after rubbing with sand paper to the surface of steel section including labour and T and P complete in all respects.

Tripping, Single line diagram, Protection and 33/11 KV Sub-Station Board as per followong-
Fixing of tripping board of size (1500 x 900) mm made of Indian plywood of 6 mm thick fitted on wooden frame made of salwood of size (50 x 38) mm. Two support of size 900mm shall be used on back side of board. The frame of the board shall be tapered on the font side and properly finished. The board shall be painted with black enamel paint in two coats after the one coat of primer. The primer paint shall be used in both side. The prescribed matter shall be written neatly with white enamel paint.
Providing & fixing of single line diagram board for 33/11 KV substations of size (1200 x 900) mm made of Indian Plywood 6 mm thick fitted on wooden frame made of salwood of size (50 x 30) mm. Two support of salwood of size 1200 mm and two supports of size 900 mm shall be tapered on the front side and properly finished, the board shall painted with white enamel paint in two coats after one coat of primer shall be used in both side. The prescribed matter/chart shall be written neatly with red, green and black paint as required.
Providing and fixing of protection board made of teak wood with white sunmica top of size (300 x 450) mm, duly fitted with good quality ISI mark 3 nos. bells, 3 nos. on-off switches, 3 nos. indication lamps with holders test button switches. The indication lamps for T/F protection board will be mounted on switch gear room wall, which will be duly wired with 3/20 SWG PVC copper wires, complete job with the cost of all materials required.
Supply, fabrication, erection & grouting of 33/11 KV Sub-Station board of size (0.75 x 1.5) mt, 2.40 mt. high frame of M.S. Angle iron of size (40 x 40 x 6) mm, two cross bracing of M.S. Flat of size (25 x 6) mm shall be fixed with the frame, board shall be mde of 18 SWG M.S. steel of size (0.75 x1.5) mt. shall be fitted in frame with Rivet.
