EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S&F CI Sluice valve with SS spindle double flange conforming to IS-14846 both end flanged class PN 1.0 of size 80 mm dia including necessary nuts, bolts, washer and gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning Pressure Filter of capacity 22000 Ltr/hrs made out of MS sheet steel conforming to IS-2062, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of rubberised paint inside the cylindrical tank and one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of the cylindrical tank. The cylindrical tank shall have opening for inspection on the top of the tank with MS ladder to reach inspection chamber including PCC foundation connecting to inlet and out let pipe lines with flanged joints, with foundation legs/ channels, pressure gauge, in built back washing and rinsing arrangement, air vent, all other safety devices, including media comprising of pebbles, gravels and special white quartz sand as per standard specification and PVC strainer of suitable size including inlet and outlet wash out valve gate type complete duly connected to pumps The design of filter shall conform to IS -2825. The filter shall have suitable underdrain system and shall have the capacity to withstand double the working pressure on test complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, lay, testing and commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor earthed 11KV grade of size120 Sqmm 3 core earthed complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Supply and install Non Clog sewage centrifugal electric driven pump incl 3 phase 415 volts motor of suitable rating of 10 HP for sewage containing solids upto 2.5" size including all necessary electrical and piping connections.

Supply & fix fully automatic star-delta starter 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 V of relay range 9-14 Amp rating on LT panel with necessary arrangement and connection of the U/G cable to pump motor of 12.5 HP complete as per direction of Engr-in- Charge

Supply & fix MCB SPN-16 Amps rating with 2 way DB fixed to wall with wooden box and necessary arrangement for connection of Air blower for chlorination plant with 2 core 6 Sqmm U/G cable complete. (NOTE : Cable shall be measured,and paid separately against item No. 13.47 here-in-before.

Supply and lay ductile iron pipe centrifugally cast (Spun) with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS 8392 /2000 in standard length for classification K9 100 mm nominal dia suitable for push on joints (Rubber Gasket D jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes without side zinc coating including masonary support wherever required.
