Uprooting and removing plants fromthe surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). a) Small plant of girthof exposedstemupto75mm. lift upto 6 mtr

b)Medium size plant of girth of exposed stem above75mm.nbut not exceeding 150 mm. lift upto 6 mtr.

Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repairor replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending oodalldamaescomplete.(Concreteandbrickworkformendingdamagewillbe paid separately) a) Upto area 2.5 Sq.m

Wood work in door andwindow frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exludingcostofconcrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.Sclamps.(The quantum should be correted upto three decimals) f) Sishu, Gamar, Champ, Badam, Bhola, Mogra, Hallak.

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S.clamps for door and window frame made of flat bentbar,endbifurcatedwithnecessaryscrewsetc.by cement concrete(1:2:4)as per direction. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately)

Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws,with ISI mark. v) 75mm. X 60mm. X 3.15mm.

Iron socket bolt of approved quality fitted and fixed complete. c) 150mm long x 10mm dia bolt.

(A) Iron door ring of approved quality fitted and fixed with nut and washer complete. i) 50mm dia.

Anodised aluminium Aldrop / Slidingbolts of approved quality manufactured from extrudedsectionconforming to I.S. specification (I.S. 2681/66) fittedand fixed complete (i) 250mm x 16mm dia bolt.

Reparing collapsible gate by cutting out all rivets as necessary re assambling all members including welding pieces of channels, sraighteningbent barsandrivettingwithnewrivetsand fitting in position and painting two coats.

Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty and fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete. (In all floors for internal wall & upto 6 m height for external wall) ii) 4 mm thick

125mm. Thick brick work with1st class bricks incementmortar (1:4) in ground floor.

Plaster(towall, floor, ceilingetc.)withsandandcementmortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster. In ground floor.

(a)Cleaning the walls and ceiling by scraping, sand papering and smoothening down the surface including putting.

Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with WhiteCement base WATER PROOF wall putty of approved make & brand.(1.5 mm thick)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsionpaint includingscrapingandpreparingthesurfacethroughly, completeaspermanufacturer'sspecification and asper direction of the EIC a) One Coat In Ground Floor:

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterio remulsion paint of approved quality, as permanufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Chargetobeappliedoveracrylicprimerasrequired. The rate includes cost ofmaterial, labour, scaffoldingandall incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

b)Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc

a)Priming one coat on steel orothermetal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfacesby sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

b) On steel or other metal surface :With super gloss (hi-gloss)- iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from theworking site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with theMunicipal / CorporationRulesforsuchdisposal, loading into truckandcleaning the site inall respect asper direction of Engineer in charge

Add : GST @18% (tweleve percent) on Rs.408912.00 i.e. Total Amount over item No. 1 to 24.

Add : Labour Welfare Cess @ 1 % (one percent) on Rs.482516.00 i.e. Total amount after GST
