Site Clearance

Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the foundation trenches or into space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of wurplus earth as directed by the E/I upto a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast sand of 1.25F.M. and cement in proportion 8:4:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. as per SI No.-275

M-150 sub class(A) brick work in 1:4 cement + coarse sand mortar infoundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.SOR No. -305 (A)

12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 with cement and fine sand mortar, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.-582

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20") in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m (5") lift and 30m (100") lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoll banks within 30m (100") distance in directed by the E/I. as per SOR 253+cartage

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type - B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Supply and laying of 125 micron polythene sheet under the foundation (for anti salt petertreatment) or over sub-base to act as separation between sub-base and conc. slab (for C.C. road slab), including supply of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work. as per NS-4, Chap. 19

Laying C.C. road slab consisting of 1:2:4 C.M. with cement approved coarse sand and stone grit 20mm gauge over prepared sub grade after its rectification and bringing into proper camber including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. as per SOR No.-773-A

Making expension joints of road including supply of materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
