SPECIFICATIONS FOR ANTI VIBRATION WEIGHING TABLE The Anti Vibration Table, as name suggest will not vibrate with various vibrating factors generated through mechanical systems/machine or seismic attributes and will provide ideal platform for accurate and precise weighing environment. The details will be as under; Work Top: - Work top will be made of 17 to 19mmthick Jet-Black Granite with chamfermoulding at the front & groove at the bottom to avoid chemical spillage on the modules or on the floor. Worktop will be fixed with the module by foam tape and all joints are sealed thru Epoxy sealant. There will be “Marine” grade plywood bed. Material of Construction: - Material of construction will be made of 1 mm best quality GI sheets as per IS:277 specifications. Under Bench Module: - Under bench module will be made of 1 mm GI sheets as per IS:277 specifications. The sound deadening plastic bumpers to be used while closing the shutter. The entire module is made up of GI panels and are bolted/rivetted for achieving maximum strength with high corrosion resistance. The shutters or doors are mounted to the modules by hinges which are openable to 95 degree. Drawers are mounted with the ball bearing based telescopic slides which are sturdy & able to take load up to 30kg. Dimensions will be as per drawings Frame construction: - Entire structure will be "C" frame type. 60 X 30 X 2 mm pipe is used formain frame structure. CO2 welded & finished with highly chemical resistant epoxy powder coating. Electrical Trunking: - Island Table: Triangular Electrical Trunking of 200mmD x 120mmH Wall Table: Triangular Electrical Trunking of 120mmD x 120mmH Switch & Sockets: - North-West / Norisys make: Electrical Socket with Piano switch 5/15amp with wiring Powder Coating: - Complete module & frame work are processed with multi-tank pre- treatment and finished with highly corrosion resistant 'Kansai Nerolac/equivalent' epoxy powder coating with 70 - 80 microns thickness. The paint surface was must be tested for quality and longevity out of which 1000 hours salt spray test report will be submitted. (c) Manufacturer should submit Test Certificates of SEFA 8-M (2016) by SEFA approved laboratory for Laboratory Furniture (d) OEM must have Service office should be available in Delhi NCR.
