Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in all kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8(1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete includingcuring but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level in 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete above Plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactureto give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Painting murals with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC lessthan 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Akali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 litre/10sqm. over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10Sqm. The price of sketching, stencils and cuttings are included in the base rate.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.
