(b) Intelligent:- Microprocessor control to ensure ease of operation significant power saving to reduced maint cost and lower instance of break downs. (i) Digital setting of temp levels enable setting of desired temperature level accurately to ensure optical cooling and significant power saving (c) Auto distribution load to ensure when the air condition is less than full capacity of the chiller microprocessor automatically to keep only the required compressor on and switch off rest. Moreover controller ensures all compressors evenly switched ON or OFF at regular interval to ensure efficient running of the chiller and ensure equal load on all the compressors. (d) BMS capability to ensure PC monitoring and remote connectivity features. (e) Protection mechanism:- The controller to protect the compressor from accidental phase reversal or single phasing errors .In built anti freeze protection ensure cutoff before freezing point to ensure lower instances of breakdown. 1.06 (f) Non volatile memory:- all setting on the controller are stored in the non volatile memory and stop through power failure for avoiding the need to reset the parameters after every power failure.

(ii) One No corrosion resistant, fire retardant, FRP induced draft, rectangular type counter flow cooling tower of capacity 120% of plant running capacity with maximum allowable temperature 50 degree centigrade, drift loss 0.005% of water circulation of Make: Mihir/ Paharpurll polo/ Deltal Advance with suitable foundation and float valve of suitable size and ) mounted on suitable stagging as specified. (ii) Chilled water piping :- (a) A lot of MS 'C class piping , 1SI marked pipe of Make Tatal Jindal with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, reducers, tees supports, flow indicators etc of suitable sizes as per site requirement to maintain the continuous and constant flow of chilled water from chiler unit to AHUs so that designed conditions can be met with.The chilled water pipe line network shall be laid under ground , above ground, floor, roof, a long wall etc. chilled water pipe line shall be insulated with EPS section of 50mm thickness with and including applying bitumenous compound and AL cladding with 27 gauge AL sheet to avoid the heatloss including water pipe line. Bidder shall ensure the quality of line insulation and adequate insulation be provided so that chilled water temperature of 8-9Degree celcius can be maintained at AHUs inlet point.
