Providing and fixing of phenol bonded wooden particle board false ceiling of 12mm thick half perforated with anodized aluminium grid construction of 38×38 mm ‘T’ angle and forming 600×600 mm panels wherever necessary in complete with various members for fastenings and fittings to minute tolerance suspended from the roof with 8mm dia aluminium painted M.S. rods and 25×25 mm anodized aluminium L-angle screwed on to the walls with raw plugs, providing painting the ceiling with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of wood primer, including all auxiliary works, providing lighting openings if necessary and including cost of all materials lead, lift, transport charges and etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing aluminium single leaf door partly glazed and partly MDF 12mm thick board consists of outer frame of size 63X38mm and 45X45mm anodized aluminium section by weight not less than 1.03Kg/m for Vertical frames and top, bottom and lock rails of 100X45mm anodized aluminium section by weight 1.48Kg/m, and door shutter shall be of 5.5mm thick plain glass of approved quality including the glass fixing with sun control film of approved colour including fixing of aluminium beading, rubber beading, s s hinges, door closer, tower bolt, door lock, aluminium handle 200mm long, aluminium cleat angles etc including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing New partly Aluminium single frame partition using 63X38mm anodized aluminium section of weight 0.98kg/m in both horizontal and vertical frame, with 12mm thick termit proof ply wood as shutter including cost of all materials, aluminium beading, rubber beading, labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete.
