M&L for transportation of defective pump set to workshop dismantling the same incl Disconnecting electrical connections decoupling 440 volt AC submersible motor pump set of following capacities, dismantling the motor,taking out burnt winding wire from the stator, cleaning of the casing and the stator with wire brush, rewinding of motor with superior quality copper winding wire of existing size including varnishing and drying, cable jointing and repair replacement of worn out parts of pump reassembling the same with motor installing the motor and pump , reconnecting all pipe and electric connections and testing on full load complete :- Note : Spare parts replaced shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item of schedule. Cost of rewiring and winding materials is included in item rate.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of chlorine feed high ppressure dozing pump set with accessories having minimum flow rate of 25 LPH minimum discharge pressure 15kgs/cm2 and liquid chlorine dozing system consisting of atleast 100 ltr FRP tank with accessories and fitted with automatic mixer (non manual) including making connection in main line and fixing arrangement including taking out unserviceable dozing pump and remove from site complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for chemical for drinking water treatment , calcium based granular high strength disinfectant chlorinating chemical having 65 % to 70 % chlorine content in granular form in 45kg drum. The Chemical should be of new batch number not more than 6 month old manufactured. Brand should be from any manufacturer aproved by E-in-c's branch.
