M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment: (a) Apply bitumenous primer @ 1.20 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (b) Apply 3mm thick APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (4kg/sqm) with 10 cm over laps at joints and laid with LPG torch overlap sealed and finished neat including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
