Earth work in excavation in foundation of trenches/bulk Excavation in all kinds of soil with required depth including removal of excavated soil/Sush etc., dressing of bed and sides, dewatering (if any) of trenches till construction upto ground level is achieved and disposal of excavated soil as directed by the Engineer Incharge incharge including all leads ,lifts and Carriage by mechanical means as required complete. ( All kinds of Soils)

Providing and laying stone soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footings ,floors etc. including carriages of materials from source to site of work complete in all respects.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all works upto plinth level.

1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate/ 40mm nominal size) crushed aggregate)

1:3: 6( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone agg/ 20mm nominal size) crushed aggregate) for mass concrete works.

Providing and laying in position specified grades of reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone agg/ 20mm nominal size crushed aggregate) in walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, filets, beams, slabs, stairs, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. using 20mm thick crushed stone agg. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement (M-20 grade). All works upto roof level.

Reinforcement for R. C. C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Hot Rolled Deformed Bars Fe 415 grade. (All work at all levels complete.)

Providing form work including Centering ,shuttering , strutting, propping etc. using ply wood sheeting with water proofing ply board (12 mm min .thickness) and removal of the same for( All work at all levels complete.).-

Brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 cement coarse sand).

Providing and installing of sand stone cladding(Simla make) on walls/skirting of 225 mm x 125mm x 20 mm laid over the cement sand mortar in 1:2 mix (1 Cement :2 fine sand ) of 20 mm thick (in two Coats) after chipping/hacking the existing plastered surface .The tiles shall rest on plinth including grouting the tile joints with cementious matching grounting material of tile shade complete with all lead, lift upto 25' max. height from G.Level , labour, materials, tools, plants complete as per specification and as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Inaugural Stone including engraving of letters on Granite Stone of the Faculty Nomenculture of required size or as per the Directions Engineer Incharge Complete in all respects

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames Wrought framed and fixed in positions (1st class Kail wood).

Providing and fixing 35 mm ( thick panelled or panelling and glazed shutters for doors/windows and clerestory windows including I.S.I. Marked black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling, (which will be paid separately) ( 1st class kail wood)

Providing and fixing paneling or paneling glazing in paneled or paneled & glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion in side grooves or rebates to be measured). Paneling for paneled or paneled glazed shutters.

4 mm thick panels of plain glass for glazing shutters (only panel area to be measured) including cost of teak wood beadings of required size complete

12 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides, Grade I, Type IllS: 12823 marked including necessary beading of teak wood.

Providing and fixing 32 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm with wire of dia .0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including I.S.I. marked black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws and teak wood beadings of required size complete as per the site requirment and as per the directions of Engineer Incharge. ( 1st class kail wood.)

Providing and fixing 40x5mm flat iron hold fasts 40cms long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement conc. blocks 30x10x15 cms 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size).

Construction of Soakage pits by way of Providing and fixing of Pre cast Reinforced Cement Concrete Rings of 900 mm internal dia of specified thickness fixed with top RCC Cover ( Slab of M-20 grade ) ,including handling,hoisting , fixing in position and jointing with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 6 fine sand) wherever required complete upto a required depth including cost of necesarry excavation as per the requirment and disposal of excavated soil as directed Complete

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone agg.) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excl. the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (50mm thick with 20mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate)

Providing and fixing ist quality ceramic glazed tiles in walls/Floors,skirtings etc confirming to IS: 13753 of min. thickness 8 mm of approved make like NITCO, Orient, Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make of specified shades except Burgundy bottle green black of any size as approved by consultant over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kgs per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete of required sizes as per the directions of Engineer incharge

Providing and fixing Granite ( gang saw cut mirror polished (pre-moulded and pre-polished), machine cut for flooring, steps ,risers of stairs,counters etc. of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding (of edges wherever required ) and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of Required colour and shape 18mm thick. and slab area over 0.50 sq m. (Note: The Granite stone slab shall be cut to required size and laid to the required pattern including rounding, chamfering, bull nosing of the edges as directed. Actual area of slab, as laid shall be measured) Sample to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete

15 mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall in (1 cement: 6 fine sand mix). Upto floor V level complete in all respects (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete).

PProviding and applying cement based wall putty of required thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in specified areas as per specified patter. (Birla make)

Painting on Walls /Ceiling with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or More Coats) including a coat of cement primer and all necessary scaffolding etc (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).

Providing & applying Exterior excel paint of specified colour & shade as per the choice complete including all necessary scaffolding etc (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete).

Painting wood work with synthetic enamel paint of required shade two or more coats applied over an under coat of wood primer of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing steel Gate (Ornamental) as per the approved design by consultant/Engineer Incharge including cost of necessary hold fasts and moving wheels , rails as required including two or more coats of steel paint over priming coat of approved colour/ shade all complete as per the directions of consultant/Site Engineer.

Providing and fixing hardware fittings of approved brand and of required type as approved by consultant .Heavy Grade Aluminium complete as per the specifications
