M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as on RCC slab roof and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and complete with using WPC.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces on concrete surfaces (Roof slab) in CM 1 :4 with WPC as per manufacturer insruction complete. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M & L for cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. and application Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm complete.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for non-approachable roof:- (i) Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18mm and fixed with beeding/Staples directed by Engr- in- charge.

M & L for machine pressed chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick with grey cement and pigment over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

(b) S & F PVC pipe 15/20 mm dia transparent flexible heavy duty for water drainage pipe of required length at site. (c) Insulation of both the copper pipes with insulating material and covering the complete pipe with PVC casing & caping of size 75 x 75 mm/reqd size for mechanical protection of copper pipe complete. (d) Charging of correct qty of refrigerant gas R-22, after necessary brazing/fixing of both the outdoor/indoor unit and testing complete on load to obtain 18-24 degree celsius temperature at specified.

Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified.

M & L for concealed sub main wiring comprising of two single core 4 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated FRLS grade unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduits and conduit fittings complete (concealed type) and one single core 4 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area in green colour copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting chases and making good of disturbed surfaces shall be deemed to be including in the unit rate quoted by tenderer.
